This covers both an M0P1 level of investment for limited units as well as M2P1 Yuzuha (M2P0 sees little difference). Both fights are listed back to back on the showcase video.
Season Buff
Artful
Agent DMG increases by 20% and Physical DMG increases by an additional 20%.
After inflicting an Attribute Anomaly on an enemy, the enemy's DEF decreases by 10% for 10s. After inflicting Disorder on an enemy, the enemy's DEF further decreases by 25% for 10s. Each effect's duration refreshes individually.

Fanged Metal 4-piece is a no brainer, but 2-piece is flex. You could run 2-piece Puffer Electro if using a PEN% D5 and 2-piece Freedom Blues or Chaos Jazz works fine too.
Alice does get AP from AM as a result of Core Passive: Twin Rainbows of the Swordheart, so Phaethon's Melody is the all-around best bet, but if you don't need the extra build-up, other sets do fine.
Stats
AP on D4 is a given, and since Alice gets AP from AM, we're running it on D6 - D5 though is quite flex.
For the rotation for this upload, the 35% DEF Shred from the Artful buff meant PEN% was doing less damage than ATK.
Damage % would normally be great, but we're getting 40% Damage Bonus from Artful, another 40% from Practiced Perfection, then 15% from Yuzuha, another 15% from Swing Jazz, and another 45% from Fanged Metal.
Depending on Support Drive Disc uptime, that's anywhere between 140% to 155% Damage Bonus, so it's very saturated. So for now, ATK is best, but the slot is flex.

Nicole runs Astral Voice while Yuzuha uses Proto Punk, but really it doesn't matter who holds which set. The one with the highest AP substats should go to Yuzuha, as she will be frequently diluting Alice's build-up.
You can also run 2-piece Shockstar Disco and try to push 3 stuns - with Yuzuha's M2 Full of Colorful Company this can be done without too much trouble. It is likely possible without limited Mindscapes, but it'd be a fair bit harder to get to.
Stats
Stats aren't all that important. Although she's being run with AP/Attack % focus, she could just as well be built for Crit - and in fact may even do more damage. Her Anomalies won't be frequent, as this team prioritises using Yuzuha's Flavour Match on Alice; Corruption won't come frequently enough for it to matter much.

4-piece is Proto Punk, although Swing Jazz can be used too. Miasmic Fiend can range from passive to incredibly aggressive. So the effectiveness of the set can range a bit on the RNG from enemy behaviour, but all-in-all both sets are about the same in average performance, with Swing Jazz being more consistent but Proto Punk allowing for higher scores if managed well. Try to spread out parries and make use of Ultimates' Assist Point generation to maintain uptime.
Stats
Standard line-up of AP, Attack and AM - no other option for Yuzuha. In an Assault comp, where her attacks will be diluting Physical Anomaly build-up, the more AP the better. You will want to hit the 3,000 Attack limit for Core Passive: Whimsical Wonder before focusing on AP though.
A-Rank W-Engines
It's perfectly possible to kill without Metanukimorphosis when M2 Full of Colorful Company is active. Having Nicole on The Vault and Yuzuha on Kaboom the Cannon works best with Artful.

Run Specific Notes
This run is freestyle, which means it is not following any specific set rotation.
Just because it's unstructured doesn't mean that it's just pressing buttons, as there are broadly a few things you want to look out for.
Miasmic Fiend will go invulnerable and begin her phase transition at around 01:50 to 01:45 on the clock. Luck is a big factor, as she may begin an attack shortly before the transition is due to happen which will animation lock her out. If that happens, don't interrupt her with Ultimates or Corruption until she's done. then keep her locked down after to extend the duration.
As her Anomaly DMG stacks reset when Miasmic Shield comes up and you're given plenty of resources after it breaks, you want to blow all of your Energy and Decibels for as much burst as you can before she goes to maximise use of her buff and empty out your resources to avoid overcapping after.
Keep in mind that Basic Attack: Starshine Waltz has a rather low interrupt level, so Miasmic Fiend can - and will - jump out of it mid attack during the phase transition (and even with regular attacks)! YuzuhaUltimate: Surrender or Suffer the Mischief is particularly good here to stop the boss from moving until the Polarity Assault lands.
During the phase transition mechanic, Yuzuha can use Basic Attack: Tanuki Cloak to parry both the spears and the explosion AoE. After which, you can dodge left and right to farm Decibels with the Perfect Dodge bonus.
3 stuns is doable, especially if using Yuzuha's M2 Full of Colorful Company, although how long you have to burst during it will depend on optimising Daze build. Sacrificing a bit of damage is usually fine if it means pushing a third stun, even with only a 125% Stun DMG Multiplier on Miasmic Fiend.
Artful Uptime
As Nicole isn't contributing a large amount of Anomaly build-up, this means that you may find yourself in situations where Artful drops. If a Disorder isn't being inflicted every 10 seconds, the 25% DEF Shred bonus will fall-off, making it very important to keep an eye on how long its taking you between Disorders.
So try to not waste too much Blade Etiquette and juggle it with Assaults around the 10 second requirement for Artful.
There's little harm in holding Nicole's EX Special Attack: Stuffed Sugarcoated Bullet for a while to build a bit more Anomaly to help maintain Disorders.
How to Play & Additional Tips
General Gameplan
Alice is the character that should get Yuzuha's Flavour Match. The goal is to just loop as many Assaults as possible while refreshing Artful with Polarity Assault Disorders.
Because Assault is a single tick of damage, Nicole is in a good position to apply her Core Passive: Mechanical Case debuff before they trigger. So whenever you're about to trigger an Assault, or make use of Basic Attack: Starshine Waltz Level 3 for Polarity Assault, swap to Nicole and either Basic or Dash Attack and keep up her DEF Shred.
If you have energy to EX Special Attack: Stuffed Sugarcoated Bullet, even better. When the Corruption gauge is near full, try to charge it so that it triggers Corruption just before Polarity Assault lands. Since it doesn't care about Disorder ICDs, it's an effective way at getting some quick burst.
Do keep an eye out for Nicole's bullets though, as you may find yourself running out of them if you attack too often. EX Specials and Ultimates should reload, but if not, just holding Dash for a little longer will have her manually reload and top you up again.
You will want to have Yuzuha trigger Assaults if you Basic Attack: Starshine Waltz late, so swap to Nicole, quickly attack or EX Special, then go immediately to Yuzuha so she can finish off with the debuff up. Just be careful to not stay on Nicole too long, as if you are on her while the "finisher" portion of her attack hits, that may lead to Yuzuha's Basic Attack: Hard Candy Shot Aftershock and lock you out, causing you to miss out on the Assault.
Drive Disc Maintenance
Between EXs from two supports, Astral Voice should more or less always be up. It flows nicely as you can EX Special Attack: Stuffed Sugarcoated Bullet on Nicole and trigger a Quick Assist to Yuzuha, who can then shortcut into a fast EX Special Attack: Cavity Alert, Right Now! - this combo both helps trigger Assault before Alice's Basic Attack: Starshine Waltz lands and provides a Quick Assist to Alice, which refreshes the Drive Disc buff and sets her up for her 5th Basic Attack hit.
This does change with Yuzuha's M2 Full of Colorful Company, as it effectively prevents her from bestowing Astral Voice to Alice for most of the run. So instead, the set-up follows a Alice -> Yuzuha -> Nicole order, with Yuzuha using the Chain Attack prompt back to Alice when possible.
Since Nicole now Quick Assists to Alice to maintain Astral Voice stacks, this means you can no longer EX and use the Quick Assist to go to Yuzuha who then triggers Assault. So this means you'll either want to EX before Basic Attack: Starshine Waltz is used (it should just about last long enough if Alice goes straight into a Level 3 after the Quick Assist), or use the EX but swap out before it lands to Yuzuha so that she can trigger Assault.
Proto Punk is rather RNG, as it will depend on how often the enemy attacks. There's not much to this other than trying to capitalise on parry opportunities when they present themselves. Do try to space out Defensive Assists to keep the buff up for as long as possible, as all characters in this team use up 2 Assist Points per parry, which means you get 3 before it's over.
Ultimates can help restore some of them mid-fight, so capitalise on this to extend the buff for as long as possible. With Yuzuha's M2 Full of Colorful Company, the readily available Chain Attacks can provide points and make upkeep a lot easier.
When parrying, pick and choose depending on your needs. Parry to Nicole if you want a fast way to trigger Corruption without spending Energy, or to Yuzuha if you need a quick Assault trigger. On most comps you'd look to use Yuzuha's timed Assist Follow-Up: Stuffed Hard Candy Shot, but in this team it just takes too long. The time is better spent attacking on Alice to build Blade Etiquette, so if you do parry on Yuzuha, go for the fast Assist Follow-Up: We Have Cookies option instead.
