Soukaku is an A-Rank Ice/Support Agent released in Version 1.0. Players can receive one free Soukaku by completing the 3rd floor of Shiyu Defense.
Soukaku is mainly used to support Ice DPS Agents such as
Ellen or
Miyabi. While her kit can be clunky to use, players can optimize her field time and rotations very well. Soukaku also applies a lot of Ice Anomaly when used correctly, making her a great teammate for Miyabi.

Kaboom the Cannon is the recommended option for Soukaku in most teams. The Energy Regen stat is important for team rotations and the passive provides a strong buff. This allows Disorder Soukaku teams to run Anomaly Mastery 6 while still having good Energy Regen.
Bashful Demon is a solid option, but notably does not have Energy Regen. When using Soukaku with Ellen, you can use Energy Regen 6 to make up for this loss. The passive buff is still solid and the Ice DMG buff increases Soukaku's personal damage.
[Reverb] Mark II and
[Reverb] Mark III are F2P options if you don't have either of the above A-Rank Engines.
For Attack teams, you'll want
Astral Voice,
Proto Punk, or
Swing Jazz depending on your specific team.
If you're playing on a Disorder team (like Miyabi + Lycaon), you'll want
Freedom Blues for the Anomaly Buildup RES Shred.
For 2-pc, you'll want
Swing Jazz for Energy Regen (generic) or
Phaethon's Melody for the Anomaly Mastery (disorder).
For Main Stats, partition 4 and 5 are for personal damage, which is quite noticeable for M6 Soukaku. Partition 6 will be Anomaly Mastery for Disorder teams and Energy Regen / ATK% for other teams.
Substats are once again for personal damage. While not a major priority to optimize a Support Agent, Soukaku does contribute solid damage to a run.
