Remielle Dan is an S-Rank, "Lumiflux" Anomaly Agent - a new and unique element to ZZZ that has the ability to inherit the properties of other elements.
She offers:
One of the highest ATK buffs in the game, as well as a decent DMG % buff.
"Refringe", a new and unique multiplier that increases the damage of all Anomalies.
High Daze and personal damage contribution through her "Luminizes", which scale with other Anomaly Agents.
Increased Anomaly Buildup Rate.
The ability to hold enemies in "stasis", freezing their actions and saving teammates when they get it.
This makes for an incredibly powerful unit, who fills both a Support and Damage Dealer role within teams, all the while providing value through a variety of unique mechanics.

Best Teams
Remielle can work as a "Support" 3rd slot to most Anomaly teams, but as her Core Passive demands 3 Anomaly Agents for its fixed Refringe Coefficient Boost, and her Additional Ability has significant drop-off in value on its ATK and Daze increases without a full line-up, this does limit her compositions.
This means that:
Anomaly | Anomaly | Remielle Dan
...is the standard shell that she'll be using.
Agent Synergies
Remielle has very few "direct" synergies, as her general gameplay can conflict with other Agents.
She's frequently inactive, demanding that at least one Anomaly Agent in the team can be active often, but when she comes on she takes a significant amount of time to go through her skills.
This can lead to buffs and Anomalies dropping (an issue for Disorder-based teams), and can make combos be awkward to optimise, but the sheer value that her buffs and Luminize damage brings to a team is enough to make her competitive regardless.
Best Synergies
Velina - By far and away the best pick, and the one Agent that allows Remielle to be dominant over alternatives. Although Vortex does little for Remielle, Wind's 30 second duration gets around Remielle's demanding field-time needs, and her general value (Daze, Anomaly RES reduction, teamwide AP if using Joyau Dore) are incredibly valuable when having to sacrifice an Agent like Yuzuha in team slots.
Aria - The best main damage dealer pick for Remielle teams when run alongside Velina. Her high burst Anomaly application lends itself well to combos and Voidflare build, and she can have absurdly strong Corruptions for Luminize to scale from, especially if running Flight of Fancy (but beware stack management can be quite difficult).
Promeia - The runner-up damage dealer choice, being one of the few Agents that isn't strictly tied to Velina. Although she lacks in burst Anomaly application, her overall buildup is high enough to sustain Luminizes and she can offer strong Shatters for them to scale from, all the while having some of the most damaging stun combos.
Alice - An highly competitive Agent even in Wind; since Polarity Assaults count as Anomalies, they build Voidflares, making her by far the best when it comes to boosting Remielle's personal damage output in a fight. Her long Basic Attack: Starshine Waltz animation is also an ideal point to swap to Remielle, giving her good combo potential.
Other Synergies
Jane - As Luminizes are not "Assault DMG" they do not benefit from Jane's Core Passive, but Refringe helps her already strong Anomalies, and at M2+ she's a powerhouse that can work as a fill-in for those who lack Velina on Physical teams.
Burnice - While most characters suffer from Remielle's "split" gameplan of inactive-active, Burnice's Afterburns are still ticking even during the long animations owing to their multihits. Her high burst Anomaly build-up (with Chain especially) make for comfortable combos and competitive scores.
Vivian - Vivian is the best alternative to Velina. Her low field-time means she isn't as badly affected by Remielle's long animations, and as much of her damage comes from Ablooms, the loss of Disorder isn't as big a problem for her in certain teams, doing especially well when paired with Promeia.
Piper - Her high Anomaly application rate is good for building up Voidflares, and she's one of the Agents whose combos aren't too problematic for Remielle, as EX Special Attack: Really Heavy is a perfect opportunity to swap out. She also has great Daze/low Assist Point cost, leading to faster stuns.
Grace - Grace's Shock boost does not translate over to Luminizes, and at M0 she's rather lacklustre, but at M2+ or with W-Engine dupes, her Anomaly application and damage combined are great for sustaining Luminizes. Do be aware that her Evasive Assist can be problematic though, as Remielle cannot be swapped to when in Phase Flow, making for awkward situations (like Girtablullu).
Yanagi - As Disorders frequently drop in Remielle teams, and even if they're triggered can come on very late, Yanagi can struggle with Remielle over other Agents. Still, Remielle's high all-around value and Yanagi's ability to time her Polarity Disorders when time scaling is highest can offset some issues.
Miyabi - Although ATK oriented builds suffer, Anomaly ones can be workable. The long Basic Attack: Shimotsuki animation is a good opportunity to swap to Remielle for damage, and her obscenely high DMG % when building up Anomaly through it makes for especially strong Luminizes.
Nangong Yu - Despite being a Stunner and causing Remielle to lose out on much of her buffs, Nangong is such a strong unit generally that she's still workable. Remielle's Daze loss isn't a problem, and she has good enough Anomaly build-up to sustain Luminizes while opening up non-Velina teams.
Best W-Engines
Ode of Resurrected Wings - Remielle's Signature is one of the greatest uplifts out of any W-Engine in the game. It is the first to have a 36% ATK mainstat, and it packs a higher Base ATK value than most, being important to hit the 4000 ATK requirements with an AP D4.
The unconditional Anomaly Proficiency boosts her Refringe scaling while also giving a ridiculous 20% increase in Anomaly DMG - a mostly unsaturated multiplier - to Anomalies triggered with it. The 30% DMG it provides isn't just boosting team damage, it's increasing Remielle's own as her Luminizes scale with others' Anomalies.
Although Remiellle is functional without her Signature, the gap is so great that it should be the priority over any other kind of investment.
Weeping Gemini - The best alternative to Remielle's Signature and very accessible as it's craftable. The ATK % mainstat helps with her Additional Ability demands and the high Anomaly Proficiency it provides is a great value add for Refringe scaling. Note that if using this, an ATK % D4 should be used instead.
Timeweaver - A decent alternative that offers a higher ATK % mainstat than A-Rank options, which may allow for an AP D4 to be used depending on substat rolls. The lower Anomaly Proficiency on it when compared to Weeping Gemini does offset it somewhat, so it performs better at lower substats but can fall behind at higher counts.

Best Drive Discs & Stats
Drive Discs
The only 4-piece worth using is Feathered Fate. The Anomaly Proficiency is unconditional and up at all times, and while the Anomaly DMG has a 15s timer, it doesn't tick down while Remielle is in her Phase Flow state. As it's refreshed on swap in, it'll be up for when it matters.
Note that while it does say "off-field", it actually works for "inactive", as Remielle is technically on-field while she performs attacks in Phase Flow.
As for 2-piece, AP and ATK % are both equally valuable. Freedom Blues and Chaos Jazz should be used if over the 4000 ATK threshold, but if not, then Hormone Punk or Astral Voice can be used to make up the difference.

Partition 6: ATK %
As Remielle's Luminize damage scales with Anomalies dealt by other Agents, her actual stats aren't relevant for it. The only exceptions are ATK (up until the 4000 threshold), then AP for Refringe and Luminize Multiplier scaling from her Core Passive.

ATK
This follows the same rules as mainstats: ATK until the cap, then AP. A single ATK % roll is worth almost 2.5 Flat ATK ones (47 ATK total with her Signature), so while Flat ATK is still good to have, AP is a more valuable roll, especially as all ATK rolls have no value once the 4000 threshold is met.

Basic Attack | Assist | EX Special | Ultimate
Dodge
Remielle is a very expensive character to build: her Core Passive is needed for its stats (Base ATK and AP, both important for her) as well as scaling on her Luminizes.
Multiplier increases are also present on her Basic, Assist and Ultimate, whereas EX Special levels increase her teamwide DMG buff, which in turn also increases her Luminize damage given that she scales off others.
Dodge is the only skill not worth bothering with, as all others are important.
Mindscapes
Mindscape 1
M1 Naive Oath provides:
50% All-Attribute RES Ignore on her Luminizes
10% Anomaly DMG bonus to all squad members while in Phase Flow
200 Decibels when using her Entry Assist (18s cooldown)
3 "Special" Voidflares when entering combat
This is an incredibly loaded Mindscape, and among one of the strongest M1s in the game. A 50% RES Ignore (and as its All-Attribute, applies regardless of the stocked Voidflare element) on Remielle's damage - often being at least 1/3rd of total team damage in a fight - is a massive boost.
A 10% Anomaly DMG bonus to the team (which isn't very saturated) further increases its value beyond Remielle's own damage. Note that because this only applies in Phase Flow, and Attribute Anomaly DMG bonuses are checked on trigger, Remielle's own Luminizes would not benefit from this, but they're still hitting very hard at this point.
The 200 Decibels can help deal with resource economy issues in certain teams and encounters, so it's an appreciated quality of life gain.
The 3 "Special" Voidflares aren't derived from other Agent Anomalies, so they scale with Remielle instead (with a fixed 150% DMG Bonus at level 60, regardless of D5 slot). They can be used through an enhanced Basic early in the fight, but as Remielle is missing many of the personal buffs that other Anomaly Agents are getting as part of their own kits, it's unlikely to hit anywhere near as hard as regular Voidflares.
All of the other bonuses from this Mindscape more than make up for it though, and place even greater emphasis on Remielle as a damage dealer.
Mindscape 2
M2 Fall Into The Noise provides:
20% increase to the Refringe Coefficient
15% DEF Ignore to all Anomaly DMG under the Prismatic effect (and for 8s after it expires)
Increase to the frequency of attacks that apply Lumiflux Buildup while in Phase Flow
Another incredibly potent Mindscape. A 20% increase to Refringe is a near 20% increase to all team Anomaly damage, given the only source of saturation on this is Remielle herself. As Luminizes scale with Refringed Anomalies, it benefits too.
The 15% DEF Ignore applies to Anomaly DMG and that includes Luminizes as well, being both a team-wide and personal buff.
Lastly is the increase to Lumiflux Buildup. This isn't too relevant as Remielle can often sustain a high count of this as is, but it can be helpful if delaying Remielle's enhanced Basic during a combo. Note that this does not increase the frequency of her attacks, but of the Lumiflux Buildup attacks, meaning it's a boost the chances of the +1 and +2 variants happening.
Note that the exact chances aren't clear, but it seems to favour them more highly over M0. Testing the exact %s requires very large sample sizes, so the efficacy of this effect is hard to validate.
Mindscape 3 & 5
These are standard +2 to all skill levels, but have a meaningful impact to Remielle's contribution as it both improves the multipliers on the skills that trigger Luminize as well as the DMG bonus effect from her Phase Flow.
Mindscape 4
M4 The Long Goodbye provides:
A 12% increase to the Luminize DMG multiplier
An immediate refund to all of her Special Voidflares from M1 when consumed
Note that this will only triggers once!
If she enters the Phase Flow state before triggering the refund, it will not happen at all!
This further improves Remielle's damage contribution to the team. The 12% boost is multiplicative with all other sources of Luminize damage (be it skill levels or the Core Passive scaling), so it's effectively a 12% increase to all of her damage.
The Special Voidflare refund can be used for a quick burst at the start, but it must be used quickly as the bonus will not apply after even a single Phase Flow entry.
Mindscape 6
M6 Lone Feather's Endless Flight provides:
A doubling of Luminize triggers on her enhanced Basic Attacks
3 Special Voidflares are generated whenever the 4th hit of Remielle's regular Basic Attack hits enemies, with a x0.25 multiplier
This can allow for Remielle to be played as an on-field damage dealer. As her enhanced Basics now trigger up to 6 Luminizes (up from 3), it's a significant increase to her total damage output, to the point that expending Special Voidflares frequently can be a viable way to approach fights.
As she now gets these Voidflares from her regular Basic Attack string, this allows Remielle to self-sustain Voidflare generation without needing other Agents' Anomalies.
Granted, these Voidflares are only 1/4 as strong as the M1 Special Voidflares, which themselves aren't going to be as good as those from other Anomaly Agents, but depending on the team and investment level (e.g. no Velina and other Agents being M0 or not as invested), the damage she can pull off with the enhanced Basic Luminizes could make it worthwhile.
How to Play
Gameplay
Playing Remielle is quite simple on the surface: she begins with a full gauge of her "Floating Radiance" bar. Whenever it's maxed out, hold her Special button and swap out of her once the screen flashes: this can be done with a manual swap or with the Quick Assist that she triggers shortly after.
That puts her in a special "Phase Flow" state where she cannot be swapped to but will attack while inactive, applying her unique "Lumiflux Buildup" to enemies and doing a decent amount of Daze.
Triggered Anomalies will consume this Lumiflux Buildup and be enhanced with an effect called "Refringe", which build another one of Remielle's resources: Voidflares.
Once 3 Voidflares are built, she can be swapped to again. Her gauge has a notch on it which indicates a threshold, and it's best to swap to her only when it drops below it. Doing so will have her unleash a powerful Entry Assist and trigger her Luminizes for each Voidflare, a burst of Anomaly DMG that scales with the Anomalies that generated them.
If she's above the threshold, it'll consume some of the Floating Radiance, but if not, it will waive the cost and put her in the "Luminous Reflection" state, upgrading her next enhanced Basic Attack.
Once the Entry Assist ends, use her Ultimate if available for more Luminzes, then hold Basic to use an enhanced Basic Attack - ideally the upgraded variant - to consume the Voidflares for even more Luminizes. Once done, hold Special again to repeat the cycle.
Optimising Remielle then comes down on how to manage her long animations on Luminize-triggering skills, as well as maximising the number of Voidflares (and therefore Luminizes) that she can get in a fight.
Considerations
Although Remielle has a rigid structure in how she goes through different skills and states, working around team and encounter needs is important.
Her general goal is to maximise the number of Luminizes, but this shouldn't come at too big a cost to other Agents' damage, especially as Luminizes will scale with them.
Ensuring that Refringed Anomalies are as strong as possible by upkeeping Drive Disc set-effects and W-Engines (e.g. Phaethon's Melody and Flight of Fancy on Aria, or Fusion Compiler on Grace) is important. On a combo, even if it means overcapping, it can be best to swap to Remielle late in the stun so as to not cause Flight of Fancy stacks to reset for example.
The long animation on her skills means it may also be best to stagger out their use, like by using the Entry Assist, swapping out, then back in for an enhanced Basic cast, then out again, then back for a Phase Flow.
This is especially pertinent to Disorder teams, as most will have 10s Anomaly durations. Keeping Disorders going for damage, Daze and resources matters, so choosing when to swap to Remielle and use her skills matters.
Sometimes this may come at the cost of Voidflares in the long-run, but overcapping on them isn't always a problem. As Remielle will only get the Luminous Reflection state when her Entry Assist is used with less than 90 Floating Radiance, this works as cap on how quickly she can be swapped to.
Ultimates' quick Anomaly application and bypassing of Anomaly ICDs can lead to her accumulating 3 Voidflares faster than Floating Radiance can be spent, and the sacrifice in Luminze multiplier from not getting the upgraded enhanced Basic is significant enough where some overcapping isn't an issue.
Timing matters too. Being very near stun is an opportunity to set-up better combos with an enhanced Basic opener. It may also be worthwhile to hold on her Ultimate for in-stun burst, so delaying a swap could be best.
The best Remielle runs will be those that have an understanding of how many Luminizes is reasonable for her to get in a fight, then working around timing them for the most opportune moments to burst, all the while keeping up with the best practices for the other Anomaly Agents' in the team and their own rotations.
Combos
Remielle's Entry Assist will extend stun for 3 seconds, which is longer than the animation itself, making it a net positive. This means it's almost always worth using, and ensuring at least one use of it for every stun is ideal.
Her Ultimate also has higher Luminize multipliers than her other abilities and is decently fast. Considering that her Entry Assist's stun extension is longer than itself, linking straight into the Ultimate after it is the bread and butter of Remielle combos.
Whether or not her enhanced Basic is used though can vary. It's animation is much longer than either her Entry Assist or Ultimate, and this time is often better spend on other Agents.
On Wind teams, a Vortex will usually do about as much damage as Luminize (the exact amount depends on Remielle's AP), so on teams with Abloomers - like Aria or Promeia - it's better to prioritise their damage.
On some pure Anomaly teams, like with Jane, then it might be best to fit it in, but usually only if it doesn't come at the cost of a Vortex, as her CRIT buffs enhance their value. On a Burnice team though, where a Vortex may end up doing the same damage as a Luminize, then Remielle can take priority, as building to an Anomaly without expending her Voidflares first is wasteful.
This means one needs to play it by ear depending on the team, Anomaly Buildup going into a stun and general team resources.
Disorder teams tend to not get as much damage from Disorders when compared to Vortexes, but the cost of losing one in Decibels, as well as having Anomalies drop (which isn't just delayed damage like Vortex, it's complete loss of it), then missing out on Daze from a Disorders out-of-stun (off Anomalies built in stun) can make it be situationally better to skip on Remielle's enhanced Basic in a combo. This too rides on the team though, as the low damage from late Disorder triggers would put them so far behind in-stun Luminizes that it could offset the benefits from not dropping one.
A Promeia | Vivian for example would prefer an out-of-stun enhanced Basic, but an Alice | Jane gets far less value from Disorders and can make up Daze in Flinch, so an in-stun enhanced Basic may be best.
The ideal combos would have Remielle use her enhanced Basic and initiate stun with it.
As Luminizes are applied after the Finisher/Heavy Attack portion of her skill, they get the full Stun DMG Multiplier benefit without the time loss of the animation. Simply pressing Special and swapping out will still have her enter Phase Flow without needing to wait for the animation to complete.
As she'll be going into stun with no Voidflares, make sure that there are resources available to build 3 of them back up for another Entry Assist + Ultimate cast before stun ends.
If it happens too quickly it may also lead to her enhanced Basic not being upgraded to its Fleeting Grace variant, so be mindful. The setup can also be hard to do, requiring tight alignment on Daze, so it's something to do only if the route is accommodating of it.
Remielle has no traditional element. Unlike other "Void Hunter" type characters who have a unique variation on an existing element, Remielle's is truly unique.
This "Lumiflux" has no stats that boost its DMG (so no D5 Lumiflux DMG for example), and that's because it inherits the DMG of the Agent placed after Remielle. If she's placed before Promeia on the team order, she will inherit the Ice element, and her attacks will instead scale with Ice DMG % and benefit (or suffer) from Ice RES. This is called "Attribute Flux".
Remielle then has twin elements, her Lumiflux and the inherited one, which is seen by all her damage shifting colour from the Lumiflux pink to the fluxed element.
Lumiflux Buildup & Refringe
Despite being an Anomaly Agent, Remielle also has no Anomaly build-up values on any of her skills. Instead, some of her moves will apply "Lumiflux Buildup", with a distinct Anomaly gauge with 4 split nodes. Each node corresponds to 1 "Lumiflux Buildup" point, and each enemy able to hold up to 4 points.
If an Anomaly by another Agent is triggered, this will then consume the Lumiflux Buildup point and be boosted by "Refringe", a unique multiplier that scales with Remielle's AP, owing to her Core Passive.
This is a direct increase to the Anomaly DMG itself, which means that anything that is derived from it, like Ablooms, Vortexes, Disorders, and even her Remielle's own Luminizes, will scale with it.
Floating Radiance, Specials & Phase Flow
Remielle has a resource called "Floating Radiance", tracked via a bar in her unique resource UI, having a cap of 120. She starts with it maxed out and builds it with her Basic Attacks, most notably her enhanced Basics which generate a full 120 on hit.
Her Special is a weak ranged attack, whereas her EX Special costs 60 Energy and applies 2 Lumiflux Buildup to enemies hit.
The main purpose of these skills is that when her Floating Radiance is at 120, holding the Special button will have the screen flash, lead to a fancy pose by Remielle, trigger a Quick Assist, and place her in the "Stance Shift" state.
This is a very brief window where one should swap out of Remielle, as doing so will put her in the "Phase Flow" state.
Entering it will give the whole team an 18% DMG buff for 60s, and during this state, Remielle will steadily drain Floating Radiance and continuously fly around, attacking enemies with 1 of 3 skills: one that only does some DMG and Daze, another that does the same but also applies 1 Lumiflux Buildup and another that applies 2.
Which is used is mostly random (the +2 tends to see more frequent use when at low Lumiflux Buildup), but it's often enough to sustain Refringe for most if not all Anomalies.
While she's in Phase Flow, Remielle cannot be swapped to, with the restriction only being lifted once she runs out of Floating Radiance, when she uses a Chain Attack (which is best avoided, as doing so will end the state), or when she has build up to 3 Voidflares.
Voidflares & Luminize
Whenever Refringe is triggered while Remielle is in Phase Flow, she generates a Voidflare. These are tracked via the beads in her unique UI, having a cap of 3.
It should be observed that entering Phase Flow will also clear all existing Voidflares, so she will always enter the state with 0.
Once 3 are built, Remielle can be swapped to, and doing so will always trigger Entry Assist: Flower & Feather Dance, which will refer to the Voidflares to trigger Luminize - 1 for each Voidflare - being potentially powerful instances of Anomaly DMG.
Some of her other abilities will also do this:
Basic Attack: Rainbow's End
Basic Attack: Fleeting Grace
Ultimate: Dazzling Curtain Call
Each skill has a Luminize multiplier, which influences the final damage, and only the Basic Attacks consume the Voidflares, with both the Entry Assist and Ultimate only making use of their "stored" values.
The Refringed Anomaly that built the Voidflare will be stored within it, alongside its effect strength and element. Luminizes will refer to the values in a Voidflare and do damage that scales with it.
This means that Remielle will do very little damage if the stored Anomaly is weak, but a lot of the stored Anomaly is strong, so her actual contribution is dependent on the stats of the Anomaly Agents that trigger Refringe.
Note that while it stores the element, it does not store the type. A Voidflare stored by Jane's Assault will lead to a Luminize that's considered Physical DMG, but not Assault DMG. There is a distinction between elemental DMG type and Anomaly DMG type, so while the elemental DMG is derived from the Voidflare, the Anomaly DMG is always Luminize DMG.
Likewise, although Luminize scales with the Anomaly Effect Strength of the Refringed Anomaly (and therefore the ATK, DMG %, PEN Ratio, etc. of the triggering Agent), the Anomaly DMG Bonus stat is derived from Remielle.
This also means that only general Anomaly DMG bonuses apply to Luminize. Vivian's Corruption DMG increase would not apply, but a general one like Yuzuha's would.
Each Luminize is also tied to the element of the Voidflare, not of Remielle's Attribute Flux, which means she can have a set of Luminizes triggered by her skills be of different elements (e.g. Ice-Ether-Ice).
Assists
Remielle's Quick Assist, Defensive Assist and Assist Follow-Up are almost never used, as she can't be swapped to while in Phase Flow even through these.
Her Entry Assist however, does see frequent use. Once unlocked through having 3 Voidflares stocked, using it will consume 40 Floating Radiance if she's at over 90, but this is best avoided.
If at under, then this cost is waived, and that's the ideal. Not just because of the Floating Radiance cost, but because doing so will put Remielle in the Luminous Reflection state, which changes her "regular" enhanced Basic Attack: Rainbow's End to the upgraded Basic Attack: Fleeting Grace, which has higher Luminize multipliers.
As previously mentioned, the Entry Assist will refer to the stored Anomalies in Voidflares and trigger Luminizes accordingly, but does not consume them, with a base multiplier of 320% at level 12.
If it hits stunned enemies, it also has an additional effect of extending the stun duration by 3s (once per stun).
Basics
Although she has a regular Basic Attack string, and the final hit of this applies 1 Lumiflux Buildup, it's best avoided as she can do this while in Phase Flow.
She also has a standard hold Basic Attack, and both the regular string and this will build Floating Radiance, but this is never needed.
That's because if Remielle has Voidflares in stock, holding Basic will instead cast either Basic Attack: Rainbow's End or Basic Attack: Fleeting Grace, the latter being used if the Luminous Reflection state from the Entry Assist is active, consuming it for the cast.
Both moves will generate 120 Floating Radiance on hit, and trigger Luminizes based on the stored Voidflares, consuming them while doing so. The regular enhanced Basic, Rainbow's End, has a multiplier of 160% at level 12, whereas the upgraded enhanced Basic Fleeting Grace, is 320%, so be sure to only swap to Remielle when she's under 90 in Floating Radiance for the most damage!
Dodges, Chain & Ultimate
Remielle's Dodges are never really used; she isn't often on-field owing to the swap lock while in Phase Flow, and when she is, there aren't opportunities to use them. Even if she could, they don't build anything and have low multipliers, so have no use.
Her Chain Attack applies 2 Lumiflux Buildup and gives the Luminous Reflection state to upgrade Remielle's enhanced Basic on use regardless of Floating Radiance.
It's also the only way to swap to Remielle before Floating Radiance runs out or 3 Voidflares are built, but as it ends her Phase Flow state doing so is problematic.
Attempting to Chain Attack to Remielle while she has 3 Voidflares will skip it entirely and go into her Entry Assist, so if her Chain Attack is used, that means not enough Voidflares were built. As a result it should be avoided in most circumstances, as it means losing out on the Luminizes from her Entry Assist.
Her Ultimate however, is very strong. It will refer to the stored Anomalies in Voidflares and trigger Luminizes, with the highest multiplier out of her skills, being 336% at level 12, but it does not consume them, so it should always be used before the enhanced Basic.
Core Passive & Additional Ability
Remielle's Core Passive is where her "Refringe Coefficient" is derived from - that being the amount Anomalies are increased by. This has a default 0.02% per AP, but if there are 3 Anomaly Agents, it gets a fixed 10% boost, significantly improving its value.
Each point of AP will also increase the DMG multiplier of her Luminize triggering skills by 0.2%. Note that this is mulltiplicative with her skills.
If Remielle has 500 AP, an Entry Assist with a 320% multiplier isn't increased to 420%, it's increased to 640%!
ATK is still important though, owing to her Additional Ability. When there are 1/2/3 Anomaly Agents in the squad, everyone gets an ATK increase equal to 6%/12%/40% of Remielle's initial ATK, up to a maximum increase of 1,600 ATK. This demands 4000 ATK with the 3 Anomaly crtieria to max out.
This scaling also increases Remielle's Daze dealt while in the Phase Flow state by 6%/12%/35%.
Remielle also supports other Agents by inflicting the Prismatic effect on enemies that have a Lumiflux Buildup point, increasing the Anomaly Buildup Rate of attacks by 15%. This effect ends when Lumiflux runs out, but the Anomaly Buildup Rate increase lingers for another 8s after.
Stasis
Although not written anywhere in her kit, if a squad member is attacked while she's in Phase Flow, instead of being hit, she will invalidate the attack and put enemies in a held state. They will not act for a short period and remain paralysed.
This ability has an undisclosed cooldown, and this stasis behaviour is also seen in many of Remielle's Luminize triggering skills, which will hold enemies while she casts them.
Release Date
Remielle officially released on July 29th, 2026, with the patch 3.1.
