Build Variants
Mid Budget Version - 79MM DPS with Good Mobility and 523k EHP I got this all up and running for less than 80D however you could probably do it for closer to 50 if you buy a Cheaper Emnity.
Essentially we scale spectre life to gain absurd levels of flat phys through minion pact which snapshots onto Blade vortexes first cast meaning we only need to sacrifice 1 minion the whole map. We then convert all this phys to fire and Scale our fire damage and AoE so that our BV is huge and does a ton of damage and on top of that all these scalings to BV also apply to Hinekora explosions which can chain and ignite prolif giving us the broken Single target and Clear Speed. Additionally, with Enmity's Embrace Ring, and the shield base we have, we gain like 100% fire pen which gives us like 4x Damage

Mid Budget Version -
Weapon 10% ele damage nebulis (these are less than a div)
Helmet: +2 minion skill corrupted honourbound for 2D (at time of posting) This +4 applies to both your spectre and companionship which gives you close to like 50% more life
Shield You want change to block with block spell damage on prefix and The crusader gain damage per block mod. Suffixes you just want Reduced Crit -> fire Res -> PDR -> max res (this will save you a jewel, but not important).
I self crafted mine for like 5D, you just recomb t1 Block with t1 Spell block and then fill suffixes (1 suffix + 1 aspect beast craft + 1 crafted mod) then crusader orb slam for guaranteed gain damage per block mod. Then you lock prefix reforge crit until you hit T2/T1 Crit reduce. Block Str and exalt slam. If you hit fire Res craft on Hybrid fire chaos. If you hit PDR/Max Res Craft on Fire. If you hit a shitter you can keep block prefix reforging crit, but I don't think it's necesary on mid budget
Body: Cloak of flames is super cheap - you can buy with + 1 res corruption for 30C then 4 Socket with bench craft then Tainted jeweller for 6 Socket. Bench craft 4 Link then tainted fusing for 6 Link then tainted chrome for colours. Cost less than half a Div on average to fix everything up. This body Essentially gives us 40 * .9 = 36% PDR which is insane for how cheap it is. Also gives us up to 75% Fire Res.
Boots - We pivot to annihilation with extra max endurance charge corruption. These boots give us chill/freeze immune but more importantly give us adrenaline which is 25% attack/cast/MS ontop of 30% ms so we are zooming. Any decreases in damage from losing + spectres or lower res (less emnity pen) is easily offset by more speed. We also have 75MM DPS without this so we're more than set on damage
***NOTE*** Due to annihilation 6k Fire DoT, we need to tatoo on some Life regen tatoos - these are like 5C each and we don't get any value from str anyways since we're running Supreme Ostentation. Also we need to add Rational doctrine as a result
Gloves super easy and cheap you just want Fire res and chaos and T2+ life. Buy a fractured Life Base for like 40C doesn't have to be an insane base like leviathan since we aren't crafting armor onto it. Base doesn't really matter. Most important part is giga life and we envy spam until T1 any res -> harvest bench reforge to fire. 3rd suffix is either open suffix for crafted chaos+fire res or life regen %. I skipped 3rd suffix bc it wasn't super important.
Rings - we Just want life and Fire res here but a focus on higher fire res. Bc more res = more damage due to emnity. I got fractured life on a ruby ring and reforged chaos until T2+ fire. on avg getting t3 Chaos and T3 Fire doing this costs like 1-2D, however you're most like gonna want a 3rd open suffix for crafted fire + chaos res. Total cost is like 2/3D. Alternatively you can just Reforge fire (cheapest lifeforce) until T1 Fire and open suffix for crafted chaos/fire and call it a day - this costs like 90C and the other prefixes don't matter really.
Emnity - This is borderline OP but giga expensive. You can get a 65 Reduce fire res roll for like <10D and it's still worth it, 62% roll is like 20D and 60% roll is like 40D. This is a little bit OD though, since there is marginal diminishing returns on negative resistances, so the value the first like 75% pen that breaks us into the negative from like 75% monster res to 0% res is like 5x more valuable than the points that bring us from 0 to 75%
Amulet: DD Still - Allocate Disciple of Unyielding for Endu charges
Belt - Headhunter. There really is no other option unless you can afford a multiple mirror shrine belt if you're running a zoomy strat that kills rare monsters. The speed utility plus damage plus borderline invulnerability you get from this is just too broken. You can make the argument for mageblood on strats where you aren't killing many rares - this is totally valid
Flasks we just go 1 life flask with instant use and CB + Bleed immunity. Gold flask for higher t0 chances, quicksilver for speed, cinder for onslaught + 10% MORE Damage, and ruby flask for more penetration (emnity)
***JEWELS IMPORTANT***
Our elegant hubris is super important. It has to be in the spot on the tree and it Needs 2 things and wants a few others.
#1 Need To convert eternal youth keystone into "Supreme Ostentation" - this node allows us to ignore attribute reqs (this is currently bugged on moba)
#2 convert 1 node into "minions have 80% increased life"
Tertiary rolls - Inc max life, Fire res (50%), Frenzy charge on kill, Chaos res

Light of meaning and Unnatural instinct - these have insane synergy together giving us a bunch of stats and like hundreds of % of increased fire damage - these have to go in those spots
Other Rare jewels - Use these to cap out our max Fire res to 90% which due to our ascendancy applies to light and cold as well
Add Rational Doctrine For more regen to offset annihalation
Invest into Pretty much the same clusters but just higher life + Fire Res values.
Also add a medium cluster with Assert Dom and Towering threat for More AoE
Passive Tree
Our ascendancy is stupidly broken
Hinekora gives us insane clear in breach, we're talking multi screen chain explosions that ignite and proliferate.
Valako and tasalio essentially give us free 90% res cap with like 200% res overcap which is stupidly strong for how little investment we put into res.
Toad's price/Unseen Hand from bloodline ascendancy for poison immunity and an extra ring. There is virtually no cost to this since we are running a shrine belt anyways. Overall just great synergy

Why petrified Blood?
Death's defiance gives us recovery on missing unserved life and petrified blood puts us at ~50% hp permanently so every time we take hit damage we are essentially recovering at minimum 10% of our total HP pool per hit. This makes it so if we don't get 1 shot we are always 50% HP. On top of that Petrified blood makes it so we have 40% DR From hits with a downside that we completely negate with Death's Defiance. As a result we DON'T Want to reserve too much life to get max value out of DD
Raise Spectre
This is our main source of DPS because of minion pact - We convert a % of our minion life to flat physical damage which we scale insanely. We get thousands of extra flat phys on our BV from this ONE skill gem. As a result we want to scale our spectre life as high as possible through gems and + levels. Companionship is really expensive so we generally just run it as a 3 link until we can afford it.
***IMPORTANT*** The type of spectre you summon matters a lot since they all have different base HPs. I use the carcass map boss Ads (the scorpions that he summons during his phase) as these have the highest HP. The way BV works with Minion pact is that it sacrifices a minion and snapshots the minion HP to BV, so that subsequent casts of BV don't require minions to sacrifice to gain the buff. HOWEVER, this minion doesn't respawn during the map, so if you ever drop stacks of BV, then you need to exit the map, either through portal to Hideout or mirage portal. This revives your minion and allows you to snapshot sacrifice your minion through minion pact again and continue mapping. This isn't generally an issue since you just press BV once every few seconds but It's important to understand since without this snap shot you will legit do 1/30th of your damage.
I also use a goblin MTX while I'm in hideout so that I can't cast bv in HO because if you do it in hideout it perma kills ur spectre so you have to go back to the map and get a new one. If you're not an idiot this isn't necessary but it helps me keep the spectre alive and I'm dumb as brick so I Pay to win here.
Righteous Fire is here SOLELY for the More Spell Damage to buff BV and we out regen the % damage anyways since we're 90% fire res even clicking altar mods
Everything else is really straight forwards defensive setups
