• Caustic Arrow is acquired upon entering Lioneye's Watch.
• Toxic Rain becomes available at The Cavern of Wrath in Act 1.
• Caustic Arrow gets automated later with Manaforged Arrows Support.

Gear

• Go after life and resistances!
• Get 37-43% Increased Area of Effect (20% from the passive tree and ~20% from gear) to make all five Toxic Rain pods overlap on enemies.
• Rings/Amulets: Craft -X Mana Cost of Non-Channeling Skills
• Helmet: Searing Exarch helmet implicit modifier "Reduced Mana Cost of Attack Skills."
