This is the new ultimate endgame CWS aspirational build.
It shores up the weaknesses of Chieftain, while gaining the benefits of gladiator. In tandem, we have a 
Gruelling Gauntlet focused build that is still able to Map, Kill bosses, Kill simulacrum and Kill Uber Bosses.
While the cost is high, with recommendations of Mageblood and at least 100+ divines, you should only swap after farming on whatever else. I would highly recommend chieftain as a start, before eventually transitioning to gladiator as an endgame reroll.
THE MECHANICS
Festering Resentment allows for triggers skills to always poison. 
Penance Brand of Dissipation can be triggered via 
Cast when Stunned Support and the rest is history.
