This is the "cheap" ver.
you dont really need to use 
Soul Ascension.. if you want more ES then use some rare gloves. look at the 3P ver for reference.
you can swap the rare shield out for 
Aegis Aurora if you want, but i think the rare one will be better defences overall.
If you want an even cheaper version then there is this....dmg might be bad... defences might be bad...

Timeless Jewel:
make sure you have one with 20% stun avoid! if you cant find one then get it on your flask
Boot Corruptions:
any of these are good to use for either a single or double corrupt item!
+2 Aoe, +2 Duration, +1 Gem, +1 Endurance charge
Amulet:
If you can afford it, then look for these corruptions! if not then its ok, try to also get over 26% quality of gems.

How it Works
TLDR
Replica Dreamfeather scales our % attack damage. - use Wrath and
Smite to get flat damage. This is why we dont bother with phys>elemental conversion or matching skill damage types. i.e molten strike is a fire skill but we only scale lightning. - We will get most of our armour by converting evasion rating to armour with
Iron Reflexes. Due to the way this works, flat evasion is more valuable than flat armour. - Use flasks and auras like Determination and Grace to get % More Armour and Evasion.
- Since we are using lots of auras we will get lots of increased effect of non-curse auras to scale our armour, flat lightning damage and energy shield!
- since we have lots of armour, we can use Aegis Aurora to recover full energy shield every time we block!
