Build Overview

Showcase in 3.27 - Hive clear, Uber Elder, Maven. This is mapper build, but it can do normal Bosses fairly easy.

LEVELING PoB - Since Atziri's Rule require level 68, you will need different build for leveling. To get Rolling Magma, kill Hillock on Witch.

Key points about this build:

Huge AoE clearing with Atziri's Rule
Reflect/Stun immunity from Atziri's Rule
Clears Hive effortlessly
Capped block at 75%
Very fun, very offmeta build
No 5/6 link needed. You only need to 6 Socket the Staff
Obviously it's main usage is Mapping, while it capable doing normal Bosses, and T17 maps

While build has block, it's not really tanky in very juiced maps where you might not oneshot Rares

Low budget based around 1 Divine version of this build i made in 3.25, for most part build wasn't changed since then.

As of now, supply of Atziri's Rule is small, because most likely GGG made it way more rare than it was.

For me it took around 40 Uber Atziri runs to get, while i made decent amount of currency along the way, enough to go straight for high budget version.

Next is getting The Taming rings. To get them you vendor 3 Berek's Rings: Berek's Grip, Berek's Pass and Berek's Respite, which normally is cheaper than buying The Taming as is.
Then you can get Carcass Jack early if it's cheap, no need for 5/6 links or sockets, it provide decent damage and a lot of AoE.
Rest of gear are rares to cap Resists, get more Life, etc.
Amulet only need Critical Strike Multiplier, besides that Life, Resists, Spell Damage. Important to not have any Cast Speed on it.

30% increased Defences while wielding a Staff

Tree is focused on Crit, AoE, Block and some Life.

For Ascendancy first you get Perfect Crime, then Like Clockwork.

Then Born in the Shadows and Bomb Specialist, one or both of which possibly might be swapped for new Bloodlines ascendancy, yet to see all options.

IMPORTANT!

DO NOT use Spell Echo Support, it will break trigger rate. Skills from Atziri's Rule are trigger skills with cooldown, if you get too much cast speed, some of cast will do nothing because those skills still on cooldown while you casting, resulting in less dps.

Same way you dont overcap attack speed for Cast On Critical Strike Support.

Staff doesn't need links, but only 6 sockets. All 6 supports are most optimal for damage and utility.

Important to have exactly level 1 Arcane Surge Support for Frostblink, so every use of Frostblink will give you Arcane Surge which will also give damage to Atziri's Rule spells.

Clarity linked with Arrogance Support so it reserve Life.

Determination and Flesh and Stone reserved with mana, Sand Stance on Flesh and Stone, which you can see on top left part of screen.

How it Plays

Press 1 button to cast 3 huge Flameblasts and lost of Lightning Damage AoE Spells.

Press Frostblink to move around faster.

Press Arcanist Brand linked with Elemental Weakness to apply curse on bosses.
