Kinetic Fusillade mechanicly is a very intresting skill. There are so many factors that is influencing how the skill functioning. Normally without anything you create a hovering kinetic projectile. After a short duration, the projectile is fired at an enemy. But with the correct setup you make your character look like a sentry tower
The difference between the two version:
- Totems auto aim and can track down even fast moving enemies
- In breach or Blight you just stand still and your totem will do all the work while you just collecting the loot
- Don't need
Warped Timepiece and 
Timeclasp for the build work - You can play "optimally" almost from the start
Path of Building
I made two version one has spell suppression which will be more Tonkier but will have less damage
The other version is not have suppression but will have more damage.

How to improve your gear in acts?
1. Gold gamble. Easily can get life gear and four link early! Also if you need a better wand
2. There are 2 source of 5 link in the campaing! A5 Slave pens + A6 Twilight Strand. NOT FARMABLE (one time) GL
If you dropping a pure STR or DEX or INT base do not even try to colouring it because it is very unlikely you will hit the good colours.
We looking for STR^7 / INT base ( armour / energy shield) for easy colours!
When to swap to Kinetic Fusillade?
The earliest is level 40 because at this level the Blasting Wand will be avaible and at this (hopefully) you already found essences or alchemy orbs.
The stats you looking early on on your wand:
1. Flat damage pref ele (this is the most important damage to spells does not work)
2. Spell damage. This type of base cannot roll spell damage so you have to craft via crafting bench (open prefix needed)
3. Crit chance is welcomed but not that important if you hit be happy
What do i need to swap?
0. Level 40
1. Few respec points (you should have at this point or use gold for it)
2. Decent wand see above
3. Need to be done the Library quest (act 3)
You will buy the following:
- Kinetic Fusillade
- 
Less Duration Support
- 
Faster Attacks Support (this will be used with your 
Shield Charge but if you dont have the socket for it you can skip it)
4. 4 link R- R - G - B (armour / energy shield base for easier coloring. You can gamble for it)
Tornado explained
Where is the 50% more damage is coming from?
When you use 
Tornado near the target it will chain to the tornado as well and causing explosions and this can hit the main target.
The tornado can only take 20 hits this is why you need to reapply the 
Arcanist Brand / Tornado
When i can use the Mind of the Council unique helmet?
You need level 57. This can obtained by luck (dropping it) or from another player this will be your endgame helmet as well.
So if you can get it early on it will be huge boost for your damage. Last league it was 8 chaos on the first day of the leauge then 2 chaos,
Can i use the foulborn version of this helmet?
In short no. Long: you will lose out 20-30% mana alone thats a huge damage and tonkiness loss so its not worth it!
