Hierophant
Kinetic Fusillade mechanicly is a very intresting skill. There are so many factors that is influencing how the skill functioning. Normally without anything you create a hovering kinetic projectile. After a short duration, the projectile is fired at an enemy. But with the correct setup you make your character look like a sentry tower.
Early damage sources (acts)
1. Flat damage or craft flat damage on Wands, Rings, amulet and gloves (Pref lightning)
2. Storm Prison unique wand (can be demanded)
How to improve your gear in acts?
1. Gold gamble. Easily can get life gear and four link early! Also if you need a better wand
2. There are 2 source of 5 link in the campaing! A5 Slave pens + A6 Twilight Strand. NOT FARMABLE (one time) GL
Important for smooth leveling
1. Upgrade your wand often
2. Craft flat lightning damage on your gear.
3. Always look on your wand what is missing. We want spell and lightning damage on it.
Important stats to look for
1. Reduced skill effect duration (tree, items)
2. Attack speed (try to avoid attank speed on your wand)
3. Additional projectile

When to swap to Kinetic Fusillade
You can start playing with it from level 12. All tho at this level you cannot reach the "machine gun" stage so you will need to wait till your projectiles going out. Personnaly this is annoys me so i would use a different skill till you getting the 
Warped Timepiece and 
Timeclasp.
Bloodlines
Farrul:
Huntleader for the spectral tigers. This will give you 125% incressed crit chance and 35% attack speed. With this you still have the "perfect setup" so this is just more damage for this build

This two will be used later in the endgame as well. Use the calculator when you getting it and see what you need to do to reach the "machine gun" stage.
Attack Speed and You
- Sometime the calculator will say you need to lower down the attck speed. The easiest way is remove attacnk speed is: Wand wheel on top of the tree, instead of the right, at the top of the tree that contains
Fusillade and 
Disintegration. All tho if you doing exactly as the guide say you will not have problem with attack speed at all! - On your Warped Timepiece and Timeclasp there is attack speed roll range as well. Before you buying any of that put in you PoB and calculate with that one and see if it worth to upgrade or not.
- Frenzy and onslaught is kinda bad for us becase its bricking the "perfect setup"
