Build Overview

Hey guys, I'm Jay, also known as UncleJay - a somewhat certified shit build tester. My builds are often wonky, using lots of uniques and trying to fit a bunch of underused items/mechanics together, that's my own fun in both Poe1 and 2 for the last decade and a half almost. My builds can be cheap, can be expensive, can be shit, but sometimes there are also good builds xD.


222 BALLS PER SECONDS, and u can potentially get a lot more with more cdr & attack speed

Let's do some Mathematic like a true Asian for how many Balls we get

- Molten Blast attack 3 times/s, each get 6 balls, which each explode into 8 smaller balls.

Total 3x(6+(6x8)=162 balls per seconds.

- Molten Shower x2 from both our weapons have 0.13s cooldown with this setup, which means at max trigger rate it's a bit more than 7.5 triggers per sec. Each trigger create 4 balls x2 weapons.

Total 7.5x(2x4)=60 balls per seconds.

TOTAL POTENTIAL BPS: 162+60 = 222 BPS

Strengths and Weaknesses

  • 200+ Balls Per second
  • Great clear with 360 no scope coverage
  • Electrocute most trash mobs always (except for ele threshold map mod)
  • Can still be pushed much much further from this point
  • Pretty bad recovery if u got hit
  • INSANE DAMAGE to your PC

My PC surrendered so I have to abandon this build early. But I would still consider this a successful character

Hysseg's Claw for off-hand gives more body count to maximize effect of Pounce, while also making enemies getting Potent Exposure so we do more ele dmg with our burning hyena setup.

U can use things like Mace Strike or Shred to put in random support gem to balance all the bonuses from Gem Studded ascendancy.

Pounce can give up to72% more dmg taken with this setup, with Brutus' Brain support the wolves once spawn will always be by your side, they will only despawn when u switch gems around or something like that.

Basically a 1 button spam with Molten Blast, which also move your char forward.

Single target: most map bosses, except on 200% Deli or juiced with multiple wisps will just die from any 1 button ability. But to maximize single target u can do the following:
- Pounce on the boss at close range, apply Predator Mark, and also Exposure from our Hyena setup
- Ferocious Roar to use the empowered Infernal Cry boosting dmg from next few melee hits

- Put down Voltaic Barrier for some free hits on the enemy. This last for a pretty long time

- Armour Breaker 3-4 times (less than 1sec required) to fully break boss armor, and they take more dmg from all elements with our setup

- Molten Blast from a safe distance, u will hit enemies anyway regardless of where u are vs them

Balance the Attribute u take to satisfy the following priority:

- Have 500 STRENGTH at least for 100% chance to proc Molten Shower

- Have all attribute as close to each other as possible for Jack of all Trades
