Overview

This is the SMOOTHEST league starter I have ever played. It centers around using Navira's Fracturing to completely blow up the entire screen and shatter all the enemies in your way. It starts off as a 2-3 button build where you cycle between Ice Nova and Navira's Fracturing and eventually turns into basically a one-button build when you are able to get a Tame Beast with Frozen Ground Trail.

For single-target you will use Kelari's Deception and Kelari's Judgment which will carry you through the entire game starting from Act 2 when you ascend to Disciple of Varashta.

Is this build expensive?

NO! It is dirt cheap - I played it through HCSSF and made it to Tier 15 maps within a day of getting to the end game. It is EXTREMELY easy to scale and is super satisfying to play as well.

Strengths and Weaknesses

  • Extremely cheap to build
  • One of the best league starters
  • Super Tanky
  • Very satisfying full screen ice pops
  • Damage can be hard to scale in the super late end game (don't worry it can do all content easily)
  • You need to wait until Act 2 to play with the Djinn

Equipment

BIGGEST PRIORITIES:

Sceptre: + Minion Levels (as high as possible)

Helmet: + Minion Levels (as high as possible)

Amulet: + Minion Levels (as high as possible)

Do not feel obligated to stick to the exact items I have listed. This is just a guideline for the items and stats you should be getting. Just remember to pick up items and prioritize Maximum Life.

Also try to get as much % Cold Resistance as possible in order to have a smooth fight against Count Geonor.

Also if you have Lesser Glacial Rune or Lesser Storm Rune, you can use those to supplement for missing resists.

First Level 1 Gem from Renly

Cut Entangle. Use this in combination with Firebolt to clear enemies.

Clearfell

In Clearfell (the first map), there should be an Abandoned Stash in the Mysterious Campsite where you get another guaranteed Uncut Skill Gem - use that to get Contagion

Then, head into The Mud Burrow and defeat The Devourer to get another Uncut Skill Gem to level up your Entangle. Then with the Uncut Support Gem as the quest reward, get Zenith I and link it to Entangle

At this point your main combo will be to use Entangle and Contagion for mob clear. Throw in Firebolt for tankier enemies.

Grelwood

In Grelwood, make sure to find Areagne's Hut - kill her to get an Uncut Support Gem. Use this to get Unleash for Contagion.

The Red Vale

After completing The Red Vale, The Rust King will drop another Uncut Skill Gem - use this to get Essence Drain and swap Zenith I from your Entangle to Essence Drain.

The Grim Tangle

In The Grim Tangle, kill The Rotten Druid to get another Uncut Support Gem. Use this to get Chain I for Essence Drain.

Tomb of the Consort

In The Tomb of The Consort, you can defeat the Rare monster that spawns from the Haunted Chest (another interactable) to get another Uncut Support Gem. Use this to get Swift Affliction I for Contagion.

Ogham Village

After you kill The Executioner, Leitis will give you another Uncut Skill Gem in back in town, which you can use to get Bonestorm. This is now your main single-target option. Link it with Zenith I and Burgeon I.
