[0.5] Nightfall Titan Shield Warrior Build

Slams & Aftershocks Variant of the Nightfall Unique Shield Build

This version of the build is assuming we're using Soaring Midnight as our main way to clear, so we've specialized in a bunch of AoE, Slams AoE, and Aftershock chance + AoE.

I also assume we're still using the Fortifying Cry, Shield Wall, and potentially Infernal Crycombo for bursting down bosses, hence the weapon set 2 nodes for all the empowered attack damage).

Again, we still need patch notes so much of this is subject (likely) to change based on what is revealed.
