Spirit Walker will have insane Twisters using Owl Feathers.
The issue is that you have to dodge roll, and that means you have to use Whirling Slash three times after (you cannot dodge after Whirling because you will roll out of range, cancelling the Whirlwind). This key vulnerability is the biggest problem to overcome, as it is otherwise a completely crazy damage, and clear output.
The idea is to stack Skill Effect Duration enough to extend the duration of Twisters past 2.67x3 seconds (8s), so that while you are doing the vulnerable Twister combo, the previous Twisters are still around and clearing (or at least Freezing) monsters. With full duration, your Twisters will last 8.5 seconds with the setup below.
Once you have a lot of Skill Effect Duration, the rotation becomes:
While keeping up Ice-Tipped Arrows, Barrage -> Dodge (3 feathers) -> Whirling Slash x3 -> Twister
If you do not have enough Skill Effect Duration, you will need to Barrage after the third Whirling Slash, making things more difficult to time well.
Defensively, we stack Deflection damage reduction to achieve over 60% DR, and companion damage transfer to 38%, or 41% with a perfect corrupt on Starkonja. So while the life pool is low, very few hits will land through Evasion, and those that do will be reduced by 80%. Once the defenses are in place, this character will be extremely tanky.
