Quick Guide After-nerf, it require a middle-big budget but still very playable.
For gemling, everything is same only except passive tree.
You can check gemling's passive tree from pobb in my youtube comment.

This is my final version, but I'm feeling strong urge to play 'quite poe2' build.
So I'm not sure there will be any update later... people in my discord server are keep testing and trying new stuffs to make it better.
you can come and check them. link is in my youtube profile.

Get at least 1 mana leech from phys damage in your ring or spear. it is mandatory!!
-ring
[prefix]
1.Flat damage
2.Accuracy rating
3.Rarity of Items found
Get any of these you want.
Flat damage is the strongest modifier. It gives you big damage boost.
Accuracy rating makes you faster. if you already have enough DPS, you can get'em.
[suffix]
1. Attributes. (Priority = Dex > int=All Attributes > Strength)
2. Rarity, mana leech, etc
Good base are cheap in the market. it's better to get
Breach Ring base with item level higher than 81, but they're rare.
It's easy to craft GG ring but it'll take a lot of budget. Anyway, I won't go into too much detail here
-belt
Prefix
1. Max Life
Suffix
1. Resistances
-Weapon
This time, I'll tell you about suffix and base first.
Base
-Get one with 1.6 base attack speed! it's better to choose one with higher base damage too!(while having 1.6 base attack speed)
Suffix
1. Attack speed (attack speed modifier in your weapon is local, which means it's multitive.)
2. Dexterity
3. Mana leech, Str, etc anything that's useful
Prefix
The reason why I tell you prefix later is, spear is easy to craft(it requires budget tho) if you can get a good base with already finished suffix.
You can basically aim for higher DPS, I recommend you to get ele one.
Ele Flat damage, increased ele damage, or you can use essence crafting and get gain damage.
I think BIS is
ele flat damage + increased ele damage + gain ele damage(perfect essence crafting)
Jewel
Get 3
Grand Spectrum for all res
and
From Nothing that allows you to allocate passive skills around
Dance with Death node.
And finally, get heart of the well jewel.

adjust numbers according to your budget.
Flask
Olroth's Resolve is super good, get one if you have budget.
Get a good mana flask, it's really important. you need [increased amount recovered] prefix
annoint
get
Unerring Impact or
Near Sighted,
Unexpected Finesse,
Pure Power, whatever that's good.
Support Gem Requirements:
Str 25
Dex 35
Int 30
Whirling Slash
Whirlwind Lance
Primal Strikes
Berserk
Companion: {0}

get companion with trail of lightning. better to have haste aura, etc. but it's up to you if you're lazy.
if you don't have [gain 1 rage on melee hit] from heart of the well jewel.
Than get rid of Rapid Attacks II or Elemental Armament II, and place Rage III support gem.
If you have enough damage, and if you want higher attack speed.
again, get rid of Rapid Attacks II or Elemental Armament II and place Rigwald's Ferocity.
it's not supported in mobalytics yet, but you can allocates passive tree around
Dance with Death keystone passive, if you have
From Nothing Diamond jewel.
get
Precise Point,
Roll and Strike,
Acceleration and Lastly
Focused Thrust(last priority)
For gemling, everything is same only except passive tree.
You can check gemling's passive tree from pobb in my youtube comment.
weapon set 1 is for damage/attack speed, weapon set 2 is for AoE
Bind
Whirling Slashand
Primal Strikes with weapon set 1.
And bind
Whirlwind Lance with weapon set 2.
When you enter the map, use
Whirlwind Lance right below your feet, as close as possible, and walk into that direction.
If you're inside the whirlwind when it's formed, it's all good.
Now spam
Whirling Slashto farm. SPIN 2 WIN
For gemling, everything is same only except passive tree.
