Flat damage is the strongest modifier. It gives you big damage boost.

Accuracy rating makes you faster. if you already have enough DPS, you can get'em.

Good base are cheap in the market. it's better to get Breach Ring base with item level higher than 81, but they're rare.

It's easy to craft GG ring but it'll take a lot of budget. Anyway, I won't go into too much detail here

-Get one with 1.6 base attack speed! it's better to choose one with higher base damage too!(while having 1.6 base attack speed)

Prefix

The reason why I tell you prefix later is, spear is easy to craft(it requires budget tho) if you can get a good base with already finished suffix.

You can basically aim for higher DPS, I recommend you to get ele one.

Ele Flat damage, increased ele damage, or you can use essence crafting and get gain damage.

I think BIS is

ele flat damage + increased ele damage + gain ele damage(perfect essence crafting)

Jewel

Get 3 Grand Spectrum for all res

and From Nothing that allows you to allocate passive skills around Dance with Death node.

And finally, get heart of the well jewel.

Olroth's Resolve is super good, get one if you have budget.

Get a good mana flask, it's really important. you need [increased amount recovered] prefix

get Unerring Impact or Near Sighted, Unexpected Finesse, Pure Power, whatever that's good.
