Build Overview

A really cheap Human Bear hybrid slam league starter which uses Furious Slam, Hammer of the Gods to destroy bosses and clears really well with Rampage. Build is also Pure physical.

And Makes most out of the new Mountain Splitter by scaling crazy levels of area of effect.

All of the Skill gems and there supports are finalized in this update and almost all of them have 5 links now.

Overwhelming Presence is only required for very tough bosses, you can skip it if you are low on spirit or swap in and out of it while bossing. Cool Headed support on Time of Need is not mandatory so can be skipped if you are low on spirit, but ignite was the one thing that gave me most trouble so i recommend that you use it.

But the most noticable changes here are addition of Efficiency II to Rampage as the less cost also applies to rage consumed per second and allows you to deal alot more damage to bosses (thats why i removed Brutality III from it as it deals almost more or the same amount of damage, so nothing lost here). The other change is addition of Echoing Cry to Ferocious Roar this allows us to generate almost max rage with just 1 use, thanks to the Roaring Cries node (you no longer need a target nearby).

With all of these change the Mapping combo has been simplified even more and the boss combo has also changed. Heres what you need to do now.

For Mapping:

1) Use Furious Slam twice.
2) Use Ferocious Roar wait till you get to max rage or close to it.
3) Use Rampage and trample everything in your path.

For Bossing:

1) Mark Boss with Bloodhound's Mark.
2) Break armor on boss with Maul.
3) Use Furious Slam twice.
4) Use Ferocious Roar to get to max rage.
5) Use Rampage and run around boss in circles till it gets heavy stunned.
6) Once its heavy stunned use Ferocious Roar again and drop Hammer of the Gods.
7) While the hammer is falling use Furious Slam once and keep hitting boss with Maul.
8) Then start using Rampage again.

Note: This rotation makes sure that you are always at mountain splitter while using Rampage without having to keep count of it, if by chance you mess this up dont worry, you can use Furious Slam and see if the after shocks that happen move outwards when this happens that means thats the mountain splitter proc, so you are back on track.

Most of the time the bosses will be dead by step 5) so you only need to perform the full combo in very rare cases.

All 20 weapon set points have been utilized to get the most out of in this update. The most noticable stuff is Lasting Trauma which boosts the magnitude of shock we inflict with Charged Mark, Thrill of the Fight boosting the damage of shape shift skills, Spike Pit increasing the damage for Hammer of the Gods and most importantly addition of two rare ruby jewels.

The first jewel is large radius Time-Lost Ruby which provides melee damage, skill speed and converts some of the mana cost to life (much needed as mana costs are crazy high in end game and this saves us from spending points on Blood Magic). The most important stats you need on this are skill speed, large radius and mana converted to life. Socket it near Unbending.

The second jewel is rare Ruby jewel for skill speed, mana cost conversion, melee damage and attack damage. The most important stats need on this are skill speed while shape shifted and mana conversion. Rest you can get melee damage, attack damage or even global physical damage, whatever you prefer.
