This is the tiddie twisting spell caster hybrid build. Here we're not just dealing damage via our
Twister, but we're also incorporating spell damage stacking via
Threaded Light and the passive tree, to buff
Twister and our
Cast on Critical skills at once. This is doable via
Crown of Eyes, allowing the spell damage to also boost attack damage.

Spear Throw - spam this to freeze pinnacle bosses if you're farming them. In that case you should also slot in Bhatair's Vengeance to gain the extra cold damage bonus, and use
Sine Aequo to more easily freeze the boss. Weapon set 2
Whirling Slash - boosts twister damage and used for movement. ONLY weapon set 2
Twister - big dam. Eats ground effects from Frost Nexus when mapping and
Sniper's Mark when bossing. ONLY weapon set 2
Cast on Critical - where we spawn our spells. You can use
Arc or any other skill, but
Arc synergises nicely with twister as it's also a projectile and we have easy ways of obtaining lightning infusions. Use in both weapon sets
Cast on Elemental Ailment can be used instead of
Sniper's Mark when running temple for more clear. Use in both weapon sets in that case
Barrage - use this before every twister. You'll get max frenzy charges via Armour Break III and
Resonance, allowing this to generate extra twister repeats
Eternal Rage - generates rage - only needed in weapon set 2
Berserk - extra damage from rage. Only needed in weapon set 2
Sniper's Mark - generates frenzy charges when doing pinnacle bosses as long as you remove
Resonance. I do this when doing longer sessions of pinnacle farming. It also spawns Shocked ground, which boosts your twister damage - important on bosses mainly
Trinity - extra damage. Not needed if you don't have enough spirit
Siphon Elements - generates infusions when mapping
Herald of Thunder - damage and freezes for Frost Nexus
Charge Regulation - extra damage and defence
Passive Tree
You can get a bunch of spirit via
Grand Spectrum as long as you have three. Don't bother if you only have 1-2.
Look for an
Against the Darkness with +spirit. It's expensive but worth it.
How it Plays
Main rotation:
Whirling Slash at least 3 times ->
Barrage ->
Twister
Depending on if you use Bhatair's Vengeance in your
Twister or
Spear Throw, you want to keep this up as much as possible, due to it double dipping via
Berserk.
Bosses: Use
Sniper's Mark to gain shocked ground, then use the normal rotation.
Pinnacle boss farming: Freeze the boss using
Spear Throw and
Sine Aequo, then nuke him down.
How it Works
As an oracle we have 100 % crit chance. We combine this with
Cast on Critical to spawn a bunch of spells. And as we're double-dipping via spell damage using
Crown of Eyes, we're both boosting our
Twister damage and spells at the same time. And by slotting in projectile skills into
Cast on Critical, we're also getting the extra projectile ranks that we're already stacking for our
Twister. This not only makes the build way stronger, but also more fun and fries our GPU with ease.
Twister eats whirlwinds and ground effects to deal extra damage. That's why we're using
Whirling Slash, but we can also use this skill for movement, as it scales with attack speed and allows for a forward-propelling motion.
