Hi guys Rue here, here is another banger of a build that has high single target, insane clear and mediocre movement speed. In this build we use 2 combination of skills and items to achieve this. The core of the build is Mace strike ( yes default attack). Why default attack, default attack is a STRIKE skill, has no mana and lets us use + melee level gear without any downsides. Its also free and saves you money. Mace strike combined with herald of ice and vine arrow gives us insane clear and insane single target.

For your Weapon you want a 600 + p dps CULTIST HAMMER < You need a CULTIST HAMMER YES A CULTIST HAMMER YES EXPERT CULTIST HAMMER no you cannot use any other hammer you need CULTIST HAMMER. For suffixes attack speed and melee levels are both good. Life leech is also a good mod.
Chest - Life per socket , attribute per socket. I socketed 2% life per
Make sure you get high block on shield its very important.
Amulet - Get +3 to melee skills its alot of damage.
Gloves - Get either +2 to melee or 14+ attack speed
Rest of the mods are just life, resist and rarity.
For your vine arrow setup if you can Deaths harp with a corruption for 4 arrows that would be optimal.

Ascendency = Mysterious Lineage, Colossal Capacity, Hulking form.
Make sure you follow Set 1 and 2.
The first set is your aoe clearing setup
The second Set is for your vine arrow setup. It has alot of extra attack speed and skill effect duration.
How it Plays
Auto attack everything dies. On bosses you lay down your vine arrow and attack your pods on the ground on top of the boss.
READ THIS CAREFULLY
IF YOU TRY TO STACK MORE THAN 110 VINE ARROWS YOUR GAME WILL LIKELY CRASH. So if you have deaths harp with 5 arrows + 1 base +2 scatter you want to shoot 12 shots for 96 arrows to be safe if you go over one you probably will be fine.
How it Works
For single target You use vine arrow combined with a cultist hammer and any strike skill in our case Auto attack to splash all the damage on the boss.
For aoe clear we use cold infusion with polcirkeln to chain herald of ice and our huge flat damage for 2 handers and huge aoe scaling to hit the whole screen.
