Morior Invictus with resistances, spirit and global defences
Gloves - armor, flat physical, socket effect, attack speed/melee skills, resistances
Boots - movement speed, armor, resistances, socket effect, rarity
Rings - flat phys/cold/fire/lightning, chaos dmg %, rarity, resistances
Constricting Command can be corrupted with double socket not necessarily Spirit where you would just not run

Megalomaniac - definitely
Zone of Control and then any of the other passives. In my case I found one with
Blade Catcher to save some armor points.
From Nothing - Resonance for massive Crit chance/dmg boost for our Weapon Set 2 fissures and totems
Prism of Belief - + Earthquake but not needed as it might get expensive (I bought it for 3 divines)
Heart of the Well - extra damage, crit chance, body % armor, rage on hit

Weapon Set 2 (green lines) - fully specced into Crit chance and Damage for INSANE fissures from

Atlas focused purely for juiced maps for currency drops.
How it Plays
1.
Earthquake - absolute animal for both AoE and Single target thanks to 2.

Forge Hammer - set in Weapon 2 for MASSIVE crit chance/damage fissures
3.
Infernal Cry - to proc 2. for fissures
4.
Shockwave Totem - to proc fissures further for more damage AND energy from
Thundergod's Wrath. Yes they do proc even that which is nuts
