For this build we are going to use the new spear 
The Ordained as an easy scaler for big damage for 
Primal Strikes. Another big element of this build if the use of the 
Reverie which allows us to keep our life flask up permanently which allows us to maintain a huge life regeneration pool. Finally, we will be using 
Svalinn for max block as our main defense layer. Note that this build does contain a 
Mageblood as we do need the additional damage and scaling that comes from this in order to meet the required level of damage output.
Essentially how Primal Strikes works is it triggers a hug AOE and damage ability when we apply shock to the enemy; so there are a few ways we can achieve this; the first is we can create shocked ground via using 
Thunderous Leap + Shocking Leap. We also apply Shock on a number of our skills. However the most effective way to apply consistent shock is by using 
Wake of Destruction which we can get a 3 socketed version for relatively cheap.
Reverie and Life Recovery
Now to get this armor to work, we need to stack life recovery, we can do this via jewels, a well rolled life flask, and also we can use notes such as 
Stimulants which all provide us permanently active buffs.
Finally, to scale our damage we want to max out as much crit and crit multi as we can and focus on damage to Rare and Unique enemies.
