The basic idea we using the reworked
Falling Thunder stacking power charges, generating combos with
Tempest Flurry. All of this will result around 2.5k% more damage multiplier on
Falling Thunder. This depends how many combos you can stack up with Practiced Combo for Culmination II
We will use all the charges: Frenzy, Power and Endurance charges.
Charge Regulation will give us huge boots offense and defensively. We also spending power charges on
Charged Staff to gain 42 second long buff to our attacks
