Build Overview

This build turns Oil Barrage from one of the most underwhelming skills in the game into a screen-wide projectile machine.

By snapshotting projectiles and sustaining Power Charges through Voll's Protector, we're able to permanently channel empowered barrages that chain, fork and clear entire screens while also deleting bosses in under a second.

The best part? The build comes online extremely early, works on a low budget, and can even be leveled directly.

Oracle is the highest damage version, but Martial Artist is also an excellent option if you prefer extra speed and survivability. For that ascendency, I recommend checking out J_Macc on Youtube.

How it Plays

Mapping:
Generate initial charges with Shred, move through packs with Pounce and channel Oil Barrage to clear entire screens.

Bossing:
Open with Pounce and Shred to build charges, activate Rend and Savage Fury, then hold Oil Barrage.

Once the channel starts, the build mostly plays itself.

How it Works

The build revolves around empowered Oil Barrage.

Normally the skill is meh.

But by sustaining Power Charges via Voll's Protector, we can permanently channel the empowered version.

Then we snapshot extra projectiles using Salvo and multiply coverage with Nova Projectiles I, Ricochet II and Fork.

Oracle takes this even further through Rage stacking and Crown of Eyes, converting spell scaling into attack damage utilizing the Mystical Rage node.
