Build Overview

This build is easily one of the most versatile builds in the game, being able to be swap between any martial weapon by only moving a few points.

You will need to level and obtain gear prior to switching to this. I would recommend a Witch Essence Drain Contagion guide. It is unfortunately a bit far to path to attack damage nodes from the start.

The core of the build is to play Infernalist to get Beidat's Will - this allows us to easily scale spirit and also reserve part of our life, ensuring we can always meet the conditions for Coward's Legacy. Now that we are always on low life, add on Pain Attunement, Execute III, and Killer Instinct. Finally, Grinning Immolation with the aforementioned Pain Attunement and the fact that LOCAL Critical Damage Bonus exists on martials allows us to scale an insane amount of crit damage. Throw on Eternal Rage for a constant damage buff and GG.

Strengths and Weaknesses

  • Run any weapon, basically any skill
  • Extremely tanky with ES Leech
  • People don't craft with the desired mods
  • Unique Jewels add massive value, something that isn't accessible early

Absent Amulet uses Eternal Rage to save a bunch of spirit.

Time-Lost Diamond can have +1 rage per notable on prefix making it INSANE for Eternal Rage + Berserk combo. Along with having the normal suffixes.

Slivertongue is EXTREMELY accessible with a 5.99% roll going for 1-3 exalts. You buy it, qual, runeforge it and then go for the corrupt. With this you can get 16%+ LOCAL critical hit chance which allows us to bypass the Garukhan's Resolve since we will have 90%+ crit chance. It also provides both leeches so we don't need it on the other gear pieces.

Essentia Sanguis still works, however, the cap on leech means that Material Solidification is not enough physical damage to really take advantage. As such, we can use Oisín's Oath, or, using Bow Shot whenever you lose ES / Mana to recover.

Crown of Thorns gives us Pain Attunement without needing a Flesh Crucible.
