One Shot Bosses - Low Budget Deadeye Serpent's Fury

The main goal was stay budget friendly while we maintaining the high damage. One of the strongest build in the game right now. I spent like 5 divine on this build. Using underrated and cheap unique items.

15% increased Mana Recovery from Flasks

Act 3 - Venom

Elemental Ailment Threshold because 0.2 nerfed the Thresholds

Act 2 Cruel - Charms

15% increased Life Recovery from Flasks

Act 3 Cruel - Venom

Chaos resistance

Single target setup

1. Cast Orb of Storms
2. Cast Sniper's Mark and poke with Spear Stab. (35% chance to proc 7 frenzies) To apply blind and shock on the target.
3. Cast Infernal Cry
4. Attack with Wind Serpent's Fury (Try to angle the boss against a wall for massive damage)
   

For clear you're just using Lightning Spear.
