For clear you just mix 
Lightning Arrow for white mobs and 
Lightning Rod for more tanky mobs, depending on how good your weapon is might mean you have to cast rod more often.
While bossing with this build, you want to prestack Lightning Rodx10 where the bosses will spawn and try to keep them on your rods while you shoot Lightning Arrow into the boss. Some bosses move frequently so this can be annoying

HEAVILY SUGGESTING killing optional bosses for gems/support gems.
Devourer -> Beira, cold witch -> Hut witch in Grelwood > Grim Tangle side boss
Make sure to remove Chain when clearing normally as it significantly hurts your damage, it is only used for procing Lightning Rod on single target.
Chain gets put on Lightning Arrow on single target, early on it will replace Lightning Infusion which will go on your Lightning Rod for single target only.
Contagion gets dropped after cemetery as it no longer deals damage.
Frost Bomb is for the additional exposure on single target.
