Warmonger Bow is our best base, however you can settle for something else.
We want mainly PHYSICAL DMG, Crit hit, Surpassing Chance, + Levels & additional arrow.
If you get Garukhan's Resolve then go for 
Cadiro's Gambit as it's really good. You can use it even without the support gem however its better to have both. Otherwise get a good Rare Quiver.
Here you will go for full ES and focus on getting Resistances, Rarity & Crit on the helmet.

We want as many flat dmg mods, Resistances and/or Rarity
Since we are a Martial Artist with Way of the Stonefist, the Gloves are a bit different. Best Mods:

AMULET:
We can either go for a Rare Amulet with the stats above OR find an 
Absent Amulet with 
Rhoa Mount and only 4 mods.

Prism of Belief with +3 Ice Shot
Heart of the Well you want 2x Gain damage, Crit Dmg Bonus, Mana on kill or Movement speed.

Main ability is Ice Shot. Our first expensive priority here will be Rakiata's Flow then Garukhan's Resolve and then Rigwald's Ferocity. Before you get these three you could run things like Rapid Attacks II, Deliberation, Pinpoint Critical.
When you get Garukhan's Resolve you want to remove Pinpoint Critical and make sure your Crit Hit is 50% and below. DO NOT exceed the 50%.
We spam Ice Shot for all content. When we upgrade to a super expensive Bow with extra arrow then we can consider going into Nova Projectiles I.
Tornado Shot, 
Barrage & 
Pounce are all boss abilities. Firstly you Pounce on the boss to apply the Marks, then you setup your Tornado Shot and then you use Barrage before you spam Ice Shot.
Barrage can also be used on super dense maps and situations with tough content like 200% Deli + Abyss or Breach.
Herald of Thunder + 
Herald of Ice are our AOE Mapping damage combos.
Wind Dancer + 
Ghost Dance are our defensive auras.
Mana Remnants is for mana sustainability. You can keep it at lvl 16 due to INT requirements.
We can also get Rhoa Mount in the future with a good Absent Amulet. This is Optional.

MARTIAL ARTIST BENEFITS:
We have 3 amazing nodes we can go for Way of the Stonefist to convert the gloves and get an amazing power spike, onslaight, surpassing and more.
Way of the Mountain making us tankier and giving us more dps. And ofcourse 
Runic Meridians for some extra Runes!
After testing 
Hollow Focus, it's not that great. You could potentially go for it and see if you like it, but we can skip it for this build.

PASSIVE TREE:
We want to get all the good Crit nodes so we can push our Crit to around 50%. DO NOT exceed the 50% mark on your Critical Hit as we're using Garukhan's Resolve.
A hybrid version ES/EV of this build is far better that focusing on only EV. Full EV still works if you have it pretty high with Deflection but you will spontaneously get one-shotted.
Hybrid EV/ES will minimze the one-shots and make this build tankier.
