FIRST OF ALL - You don't need Mageblood . This planner is snapshot of my character.

You need only Painter's Servant and ascendancy node to transform it. This will give us ability to inflict ailments with phys dmg.. so we can Stun + Freeze + Shock + Ignite + Chill and by adding Yoke of Suffering with Stormbreaker infussion and Harness the Elements we improve our dmg by ~400% ... for free(almost)..

Now rotation. It's Whirling Assault to generate combo, then BOOM Tempest Bell to get charges, then Hollow Form to clear screen. If you have no DMG, this still clears everything beside bosses, so you need to do 2x whirling + bell, then form :)... check video - i beat T15 boss with basic QSTAFF

vs BOSS - Also add Hand of Chayula to faster freeze him. You can swap Temporal Chains for Enfeeble for more protection.

SPIRIT - Charge Regulation is good, but also try Ghost Dance . It's optional, i still turn on/off them every few maps.. Charge is better since it provides crit... But everything destroyed even without crit.

Rite of Passage with PRIMATE is good also, but not required.
