STAT PRIORITY FOR PREFIXES:

1) % energy shield paired with flat energy shield

we are at the end of the day an energy shield based character, and having these 2 ES prefixes combined is how we reach monumental levels of energy shield

2) flat life

flat life is important because our mana regeneration rate is based on the amount of flat life we have. Do note that you can scale the mana regen using the % mana regen stat found on gear suffixes as well as on the passive tree, so we do not have to fully rely on life.

3) flat mana

scaling our mana pool will scale the damage of our build, thanks to the Blackened Heart ascendancy passive. this is a very nice luxury stat to chase, especially when min-maxing!

I have just listed 4 important prefixes, however we only have 3 prefix slots per item. you will have to decide whether you want life or mana on some pieces of gear, due to this limitation. this will be a preference based decision you have to make yourself based on feel. I will likely lean towards mana over life once I get really good rings that provide high mana regen

SPECIFIC GEAR PREFIXES TO LOOK OUT FOR:

1) body armor: 50-61 spirit

2) amulet: 40-50 spirit

3) shield: chance to block

we want as much chance to block on the shield as possible, as this stat drastically improves the value of our high energy shield

STAT PRIORITY FOR SUFFIXES:

1) cap resistances

75% ele resist is a must, and try and get as much chaos res as possible but this is less important

2) intelligence

this gives us flat mana for damage

3) % mana regeneration

in order to spam gas arrow

SPECIFIC GEAR PREFIXES TO LOOK OUT FOR:

helmet: +2 to minion skill gems

amulet: +2-3 to minion skill gems

SCEPTRE STAT PRIO:

HIGH: +4 minion levels

HIGH: % spirit

HIGH: Allies in your Presence have #% increased Attack Speed

MEDIUM: #% increased Spirit, +# to maximum Mana (hybrid modifier)

MEDIUM: Allies in your Presence deal #% increased Damage

OPTIONAL: #% increased Presence Area of Effect

OPTIONAL: Allies in your Presence have #% increased Critical Hit Chance

OPTIONAL: Allies in your Presence have #% increased Critical Damage Bonus

(Note: see an example of an ideal sceptre in the Equipment. Realistically we can't get every single one of these stats)

LUXURY STATS:

rings: % mana regen and % cast speed

when we scale both of these values, we can increase the number of gas arrows we are commanding from the Skeletal Sniper's. this means we can choose to possibly run 3 or even 4 Skeletal Sniper's, but this will drastically increase our mana costs which is why we need to scale both stats together. doing this will make the gameplay feel smoother, and also will greatly increase the damage of the build.
