Jewels: Recover % mana on kill (you need 1) -> Cast speed > %ES = spell damage = elemental damage = lightning damage = projectile damage > projectile duration = max res > mana regen. Resist / attribute corrupts if you need them
If you wanna mess with weapon set passives, put curse effect wheels and cast speed on your staff set to cast Sigil of Power and Conductivity faster.
Gem swap Shock Siphon to Rising Tempest for bossing.
