Blood MageCold 
Arc Life Stacking Blood Mage is taking full advantage of the Atalui's Bloodletting support gem and pairing it Embitter so that we have the ability to freeze and shatter the entire screen! Because we are a massive cold damage build we also get to take advantage of the Rakiata's Flow and deal a massive amount of DPS to everything in the game.

The idea behind this build is pretty simple we are going to scale life as high as possible utilizing a couple of things:
1) Stacking Strength
2)

3) Crafting Life on every piece of gear possible!
The reason we are scaling our life to the moon is because we are using a 
Undying Hate Timeless Jewel for Tecrod Guardian. I go over this in more detail in the video. The reason this jewel is so important is it gives up REGENERATE 1 LIFE PER SECOND PER 8 LIFE SPENT IN THE PAST 8 SECONDS 50% MORE LIFE COST OF SKILLS!
This allows us to spend a ton of life on our skills, gain a ton of regen and pseudo make us immortal. The downside if we need some rampup at the start of the map before we can get going. The good news is that life regeneration is scalable!
Once we scale out life to the moon we will scale damage using:
1) 
Rathpith Globe
-This item makes spells cost additional life to cast this is good!
-Non-Channeling spells will have 5% increased Critical Hit chance per 100 maxiimum life!
-None-Channeling Spells deal 10% increased Damage per 100 max life!
-MORE LIFE MORE DAMAGE!
2) Atalui's Bloodletting
-This support allows us to scale PHYSICAL DAMAGE AS EXTRA from having our spell cost a ton of life!
- This damage labeled as DAMAGE AS EXTRA is scaled higher based on life spent!
3) Embitter
-Any Damage labeled as DAMAGE AS EXTRA is CONVERTED TO COLD! This is how we get all those cool cold explosions
Note a couple of things, this build doesn't really come online until we are level 90. This build will not feel good without having almost all of the parts put together.

How to map with this build:
DO NOT RUN LESS RECOVERY MAPS OTHERWISE GO WILD!
Step into a map, cast Arc a handful of times. Get your life regeneration kick started and go to town!

*TEMPORALIS VARIANT*
This variant of the build takes full advantage of using 
Temporalis to maximize our movement skill 
Blink allowing us to just Blink all over our maps in 0.59 seconds!
This version requires yout Temporalis to be as close to -2 seconds to cooldown as possible for it to work as smoothly as possible! The further away from -2 seconds the longer your cooldown will be!
Everywhere that you can get increased cooldown recovery will help a ton!
Note the ring features in this variant can be crafted using a an Omen to Apply a suffix to target a KURGAL mod.
Note in this variant if you wish to be tankier consider using 
Defiance of Destiny and not taking advantage of a +3 amulet. Your damage is already insane. The amulet is just to add extra spirit for 
Blasphemy.
In this variant to do big bosses you should swap out Temporalis for Kaom's Heart and you will get massive damage!
