THE DPS ROTATION IS AS FOLLOWS:

Frostbolt -> Whirling Slash x3 -> Twister

You want to cast Whirling Slash on top of the Frost Bolt

For a companion grab any juicer rare you find. Ideally something that drops a ground effect you can use with Whirling Slash

Birth of Fury will allows your Twister to become enhance from using Whirling Slash. Once you have this setup use Embitter support on Twister to make it freeze.

The freezing Twister plus Combat Frenzy will allow your to generate frenzy charges

I mentioned taming beast in the video. Note you want to find a rare that has modifiers that suite what you need. Ideally before the boots we find something with trail of fire or something that leaves chilled/shock ground. After you have the boots aim for a rare that has haste/precision aura.
