This is my Cadiro's Gambit Deadeye for patch 0.2.0! The build uses a combination of bow and spear to clear maps insanely fast and kill T4 pinnacles with ease. It has nearly 70% Movement Speed and has a ton of Evasion and a decent hit pool!

My Deadeye uses Spiral Volley combined with the New Quiver Cadiro's Gambit to clear everything on and off your screen. The Deadeye Ascendancy node Thrilling Chase with Spiral Volley allows us to chain TONS of arrows between targets on screen. Volt will allow us to get additional chaining effects and we'll mix in Herald of Ice and Herald of Thunder to maximize the clear speed.

We generate Frenzy Charges in maps thanks to Resonance and Break Endurance. We'll break enemy armor with Splinter and generate an Endurance Charge. This will then be converted to a Frenzy Charge thanks to Resonance.

We kill Pinnacle Bosses by using Wind Serpent's Fury combined with Infernal Cry. The Deadeye Ascendancy node Thrilling Chase doubles our Frenzy Charges on consumption and we have a super charged Wind Serpent's Fury that deletes Pinnacle and Map Bosses.

We generate Frenzy Charges using Cast on Critical and Sniper's Mark. We have to un-select Resonance before going into Pinnacle Bosses. This is required to maximize our mapping and bossing efficiency.

Our Defense is Hyrri's Ire which will essentially give us Acrobatics without the Evasion penalty. We'll stack a lot of Evasion and have a 90% Chance to Evade Attacks. We'll also use the new Body Armor rune The Greatwolf's Rune of Willpower, which will allow 10% of Damage Taken from Mana before Life. This combined with a 3 Socket Body Armor will take 30% of Damage Taken from Mana before Life. This will improve our Hit Pool combined with Mana Remnants which will Overflow our Mana to double.

Strengths and Weaknesses

  • 70% Movement Speed
  • Insane Mapping Speed
  • Delete's Pinnacle Bosses
  • 90% Evasion with Acrobatics
  • Not Budget Friendly
  • Skill Based Pinnacle Bossing

Build Variants

This Variant has Resonance so we generate Frenzy Charges with Break Endurance and Splinter. This is necessary to generate Frenzy Charges when Mapping.

Bow:

On Weapon Set 1, you'll want a Bow with High Physical Damage so we can Break enough Armor. We'll mix in some Cold and Lightning Damage with the new Cold and Lightning Damage Runes. Go for Critical Hit Chance, Attack Speed, Critical Damage Bonus, and a few Levels of Projectile Skills. Don't get too many or the Mana consumption could ramp up too fast

Quiver:

We'll be using the New Cadiro's Gambit Quiver which states that each arrow fired is a crescendo, Splinter, Reversing, diamond, covetous, or blunt arrow. This means each arrow fired will be one of these 6 types of arrows. Crescendo arrows chain additional times and do increased damage for each chain, Splinter arrows split towards 6 targets, Reversing arrows pierce and come back to you, Diamond arrows are guaranteed crits and increased crit damage bonus, Covetous arrows have 600% increased rarity for enemies killed by it, and Blunt arrows have 600% stun buildup

Spear:

We'll use Tangletongue to give us a 100% Critical Hit Chance. Go for the highest Critical Hit Chance within your budget as this will help you cap your Critical Hit Chance easier. Socket it with a Soul Core of Ticaba

Sceptre:

We'll use Sacred Flame for the Extra Damage as Fire. A more budget friendly option is Guiding Palm, Guiding Palm, or Guiding Palm. All of these a good options that aren't as expensive

Helmet:

We'll be using Subterfuge Mask so go for a High ES Helmet. Go for Max Life, Critical Hit Chance, Attributes, and Resistances

Body Armor:

We're using as it gives us the effect of Acrobatics without the Evasion Penalty. You can pick one up for 2 Div and can get a 3 socket one like I have for 5-6 Div depending on time of day. The extra socket provides more Damage Taken from Mana before Life. Try to get one with 35+ Dexterity

Gloves:

Go for High Energy Shield with Max Life. 100+ ES and 100+ Life should be plenty enough. You'll want a decent amount of Added Damage to Attacks to up your DPS. Other good stats are Attack Speed, Attributes, and any needed Resistances

Boots:

Go for High Evasion, 350+ to ensure you Evade as much as possible. Go for 30%+ Movement Speed, Max Life, Attributes, and Resistances. Getting a double socket corruption will also help fill out any needed Resistances, Attributes, and now more Movement Speed using the new Movement Speed Rune

Rings

Go for Flat Damage to Attacks, preferably Physical to increase our Armor Break. Otherwise look for % Increased Damage, Attributes, and Resistances. Get a corrupted one with Increased Skill Speed or Increased Damage if you want to min max

Amulet:

We'll be using Beacon of Azis and anointing with Stormcharged. Get one with enough Spirit so you can run all of our Spirit Gems.

Belt:

We'll use Ingenuity that has Corrupted Resistances or Increased Evasion/Energy Shield

Jewels:

You'll want a Recover 2% Mana on Kill Rare Jewel at minimum to sustain Mana when Mapping, go for Critical Damage Bonus, Critical Hit Chance, Elemental Damage, etc

Get a Megalomaniac with any Increased Armor Break such as Cruel Methods or Breakage. This will make sure we have enough Frenzy Charge uptime. You can get either an Offensive or Defensive second Notable depending on what you want, I went for Heavy Buffer but any of the following will work well: Melding, Patient Barrier, Spectral Ward, Illuminated Crown, Enhanced Barrier

A From Nothing with Passives in Radius of Zealot's Oath. This will let you get Sharpened Claw, Swift Claw, and Tough Claw which will provide a very solid Attack Damage Increase

I've Ordered the Skills and Support Gems in the way you should Equip them! Watch the YouTube video if you want anymore explanation of what is happening here!

Purity of Fire - This is provided by Sacred Flame, any support gems in there don't cost Spirit so use what I've shown for some nice buffs

Spiral Volley - Our Main Mapping Skill, start the Frenzy Charge generation with this skill an delete the entire screen and more. Make sure to walk a little to build up charge with Volt before using it

Wind Serpent's Fury - This is our bossing/single target skill, make sure to get as many Frenzy Charges as possible before use

Infernal Cry - Make sure it's a low level to meet the STR requirement, we use this to generate Rage and get huge DPS boost

Herald of Ice - Combine this will the other Herald for a great clear speed boost, use this on Weapon Set 1 only

Herald of Thunder - Combine this will the other Herald for a great clear speed boost, use this on Weapon Set 1 only

Cast on Critical - This with Sniper's Mark will generate Frenzy Charges in Boss fights, use this on Weapon Set 2 only

Wind Dancer - This is needed to boost our Evasion as high as possible and will hinder anything that hits us

Mana Remnants - We'll use this to not only maintain our Mana but thanks to the 30% of Damage Taken from Mana before Life, this will also bolster our Defenses

Trinity - This is a huge DPS boost against pinnacle bosses, use this on Weapon set 2 only

You can see what nodes I pick as I progress the tree with the Notable Priority Feature!

I tried to organize the Notable Passive's in the order and Route I'd take them as best as I could. The weapon set points are crucial to getting the most out of our damage as our Weapon Set 2 is our Wind Serpent's Fury.

I've used Path of Building to try to best path this skill tree but there may be some variants that may be better than this. Feel free to come by my YT and leave me suggestions in my comments!

Atlas Tree

This is my preferred current method of farming but I have found good value out of Essences and Strongboxes if you juice them and corrupt them. The most straight forward method is going to be what I have shown here.

I would avoid Rogue Exiles no matter what, they just don't spawn frequently regardless if you've built into them and they spawn with corrupted gear half the time. Until they're buffed, don't bother with them.

How it Plays

Check out the YT video to get a full mapping, bossing, and pinnacle bossing breakdown!
