Since this is a mace build you can use 
Molten Blast or even 
Forge Hammer (I got this up to 7m tooltip, with headhunter buffs). Both are super viable!
The Bringer of Rain gives a LOT of crit chance and allows you to wield a 2-hander weapon without the downsides from 
Giant's Blood! The downside: No chest armour!
