This build works on huntress but deadeye is my preferred choice. Movement speed and +1 proj are cool. +1 proj makes Galvanic Shards hit twice as many enemies. If you go huntress you need to figure out some crit scaling to make the ascendency worth it.
The Venom quests in act3 and act6 are stun threshold and chaos resistance.

Pure ES helmet with as much ES as possible. Chest and Boots Ev/ES hybrid. Movement speed is #1 priority on boots. Look for mods like Life/ES/Flat phys/light to attacks/Attributes/Resistances. Crossbow should be as much phys and lightning as possible.
Bow and quiver mods in your weapon swap DO MATTER. You need high phys/lightning/damage with bow skills to maximize stormcaller arrow damage to shock reliably. YOU CAN NOT HAVE ANY CHANCE TO PIERCE OR STORMCALLER ARROW WILL NOT WORK! DO NOT USE PIERCE QUIVER!
Anointing 80% stun recovery node "Back in Action" is nice early if you are getting stunned alot.
You will need to use a lower level bow until your gear grants you enough dex to use the high ones.

Stat requirements on this build are a pain. Early on you will need to keep your pure dex gems at lower level, not going past ~140 or so dex requirement. Endgame you will need 139 int and 116 strength then as much dex as possible to use lvl 20 dex gems and high level bow bases.
Replace Flash Grenade with blink in a weapon swap alternate spirit setup when you want. Can also add in conductivity for when you get to pinnacle bosses.

The Red/Green lines are the new weapon set points introduced in POE2. You get 24 points in each weapon set that only apply to that weapon. Red is crossbow, Green is bow for shock scaling. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CzpCk8i4L2o Here is a guide for how these work.
Start setting up the weapon set points when you start using the Stormcaller Arrow weapon swap at level 41. Do not take Surging Currents until you have the -50% pen gloves. Ascend order is Tailwind, Point Blank, +1 proj, Wind Ward.
Don't take Eternal Youth until you have 800-1000+ Energy Shield.
This build needs a healthy amount of all 3 attributes. The travel nodes you take are just whatever stat you happen to need at that time and you will be frequently swapping them as you move gear items around to fix stat requirements.
Jewels are % Max ES jewels with anything else that helps your character. Shock/Ailment/Lightning Damage. Can also go movement speed emeralds instead of energy shield sapphires if SC.
Galvanic Shards clears trash. Use shockburst vs shocked enemies for single target. Galvanic shards will shock most things but stormcaller arrow is used with a shock focused weapon swap to apply long duration powerful shocks on powerful foes.
