Archmage Spark Stunmancer - BUDGET BUILD

This build has dodged all the nerfs and should be a relatively easy swap for cast on freeze refugees. You even get free 5 second disables on all mobs, which will feel right at home coming off of freeze defenses.

As for the gearing, the only unique necessary is Kitoko's Current gloves. For every other slot, simply stack life, flat es, mana, and elemental resistances. Intelligence is also a good luxury suffix stat.
