Build Overview

Falling Thunder deals a lot of damage and can shotgun every projectile with them all being buffed by Infernal Cry. Can easily one shot T3 pinnacles even w/ mid gear and eventually T4 pinnacles while still having insane defenses. Tons of scaling potential through through power charge scaling, crit chance/crit bonus scaling.

Skeletal Cleric and Sacrifice should only be configured on weapon set 2 w/ the purpose of generating Power Charges mostly for bossing through Profane Ritual, sacrifice whatever minions and corpses. Ideally, hit the boss w/ an Infernal Cry that consumes 10 rage through Tempest Flurry then Falling Thunder w/ max power charges to deal 4 million to 40 million damage based on your gear and setup.

You should gem swap pinnacle bosses w/ Elemental Conflux instead of Cast on Critical as well as changing support gems Ricochet and Salvo with Fist of War and Overextend gems.

Strengths and Weaknesses

This build isn't very good at Delirium since it relies on power charges mostly gained through corpse consumption although Simulacrum is fine if your character has enough gear.

There's a ton of strong mods on weapon. Doesn't have to be high physical, elemental damage with attacks, lightning damage, physical damage, +melee gems, +crit%, +atk spd and +crit dmg bonus% all have very high mileage for dps, just find a combination of as many strong mods.
