This is my Elemental Infusion Spark Stormweaver. I recommend the latest Version which is the Widowhail Version.

The Build plays incredible well on a Budget and is pretty defensive because of instant Freezing of all Mobs!

AVOID MAPS WITH HIGH ELEMENTAL AILMENT TRESHHOLD!

- Make sure to reach 300 or 350% Increased Quiver Effect with Widowhail, Passive Tree and Jewels. Projectile Skill Points will only work in Increments of 50%!
- Focus on Big Cast Speed on your Ring and Amulet. You can put Cast Speed in your Widowhail, but I recommend getting Spirit instead, so you can get a Big ES Chestpiece

How it Plays

Rotation Mapping:
- Cast Frost Bomb on Cooldown and Pickup Infusions
- Cast 1-2 Orb of Storms
- Cast Mana Tempest
- Spam
- Use Elemental Weakness and Sigil of Power for Stationary Encounters and Abyss

Rotation Bossing:
- Pregenerate all Charges with Frost Bomb and Orb of Storms
- Drop Elemental Weakness, Sigil of Power.
- Drop Frost Bomb and Orb of Storms.
- When Boss Spawns, Press Mana Tempest
- Keep Spamming Spark
- You can finish the boss with Lightning Conduit, but most of the time this will not be required.
- Make sure to not stand in the Mana Tempest for too long.
- Don't forget to use your Mana Flask, this Build is crazy Mana Hungry!

How it Works

Unfortunately the From Nothing CI is already very expensive now. I would assume people picked it up after yesterday's Stream :/
