Easy campaign build to get to maps without any struggle!
You can choose either Kitava or Titan, both are great!
For titan go for 
Hulking Form first and then anything you like.
For Kitava go for the resistance nodes, damaging ailment immunity & life.
NOTE: DO NOT GET RID OF YOUR PREVIOUS WEAPON (2hander) Since too strong weapon will not allow you to 
Rolling Slam into 
Boneshatter (1 Rolling Slam should prime the target for Boneshatter)
NOTE: Huge survivability boost from just upgrading your health flask whenever you can (lvl 10/16 etc)

AOE: Rolling Slam followed by Boneshatter
SINGLE TARGET BEFORE LVL 14: spam 
Mace Strike
LVL 14 SINGLE TARGET: 
Perfect Strike (takes a little bit of getting used to but its giga strong)

skill gem 1: get Boneshatter
Support gem 1: put Concentrated Effect on Mace Strike
support gem 2: put Impact Shockwave on Boneshatter
skill gem 2: get 
Shield Charge (or ignore this and just sprint!)
support gem 3: Rapid Attacks I on Mace Strike
support gem 4: get Magnified Effect on Boneshatter
skill gem 3: get 
Infernal Cry
Spirit gem: get 
Herald of Ash
skill gem 4: get Perfect Strike (lvl 14) and have 2 supports ready to add Window of Opportunity & Fire Attunement OR Rapid Attacks I
add Rapid Attacks I to every attack to make things smoother.
Once you reach level 22 you can use 
Shield Wall + 
Shockwave Totem!
Use Concentrated Area on Shield Wall on bosses and switch it out for Magnified Area I while clearing trash.
This gem scales of the amount of ARMOUR your shield has, the more armour the bigger the damage!
This replaces Perfect Strike and makes bosses easy peazy, this also means you replace 
Singular Purpose with 
Impair and Reaving!
Place your shockwave totem behind the walls causing them to explode and do MASSIVE damage! Just spam walls place totems and repeat.
