Best Teams

Nanally is a flexible Anima DPS, who can fit in various types of teams.

Mono Blossom Team

Nanally, Jiuyuan, Iroi, Zero

Nanally, Jiuyuan, Zero, Hotori

One of strongest team archetypes in the game, build Zero with Cycle Intensity stat and exploit their instant Esper Meter refill. Zero's skill triggers one Blossom, then Hotori's replicating Zero's skill enables another Blossom, with Nanally and Jiuyuan alternating every rotation to trigger a third Blossom. Iroi's version on other hand copy any Blossom bud spawned after 3 seconds.

Jiuyuan's passive doubles Blossom buds, and Nanally's passive makes buds hit twice as much. Resulting in 6 Blossom Buds, hitting 60 times per rotation.

Nanally Hyper Team

Nanally Jiuyuan Zero Sakiri

This team uses Nanally + Jiuyuan (Anima) with Zero (Cosmos) for a Blossom Team. Sakiri's Incantation Element can throw Hexed into the mix, but she is mostly there to buff the team as a flex slot.

You can replace Sakiri with Haniel, even though she provides no reactions, her buffs are strong to boost the DPS of Nanally and the team

Shinku Charge Team

Shinku, Nanally, Zero, Hathor

Nanally works as a good alternative in place of Iroi in Shinku team. The idea is to exploit Nanally passive More Than Passionate to reduce Blossoms intervals to 1 second, from default 2 second. This triggers Charge more often, and build up more ATK buff stacks for Shinku, as well as more burst DPS.

In this team, Nanally doesn't take field time, and play as a quickswap who uses skill and burst and switches out.

Bottom Half Team

Nanally Adler Daffodill Haniel

Instead of focusing on Blossom, this team moves clockwise around the Esper Circle toward the bottom half. Nanally and Daffodill will share field time as DPS characters, with Nanally being more on field, and Daffodill as a quickswap. Adler and Haniel playing a supportive role. Daffodill will also break enemy shields faster with her kit revolving around Break. This can open up high damage windows for Nanally to unload her cooldowns.

While the element's work out in theory, Adler may not be able to charge his Esper Meter well enough to warrant being the connective tissue between Nanally and Daffodill.

Haniel, Daffodill, and Adler also combine to trigger Discord with their elements as well.

Best Weapons

BiS:Ready-Ready
Paid Alterantive: Fluff of Fortitude
F2P Alternative: Song of the Whale
Early F2P: Oraora!

Ready-Ready is Nanally's limited weapon and designed to work best with her. There are other S-Class Arcs you will be able to unlock by playing the game. But if you have gotten Nanally in her first run, and have enough pull currency (Keys), you can obtain her weapon in the rerun.

Fluff of Fortitude is the battle pass weapon and a generic stat stick. At first glance, this weapon looks a bit better than F2P options, but considering it's a paid weapon, we advise waiting to see how much better it is than F2P options before committing.

Song of the Whale should be available from the overworld later in the game. This is likely your go to option if you don't want to pay for the battlepass or Limited Signature Weapon.

Oraora! is a nice A-Class option to run if you happen to pull it during your pulls. If not, don't stress too much about purchasing copies from the shop. Just use any A-Class Arc you have until you can obtain S-Class Arcs later in the game.

Best Cartridges & Modules

  • Cartridge: Fireflies and the Forest (S)
  • Main Stat: Anima DMG% / CRIT DMG
  • Substats: CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG / Universal DMG% / ATK%

Fireflies is the go-to Cartridge due to the Anima DMG and Crit effect. Nanally also gains extra Crit by equipping 2-piece Modules, so after fulfilling your Set Effect, use as many 2-piece Modules as you can.

As with most DPS characters, look for ATK, DMG, Crit Rate, Crit DMG substats on your Modules.

For Main Stat, we recommend simply going with Anima DMG for ease of use. Once you start building your Console and gain extra Crit Rate, going for a Crit DMG main stat can be better. But this is heavily context dependent on substats, team buffs, etc.

Skill Priority

Shinku Team: Ultimate > Skill > Basic Attack > Support Skill

Other Teams: Ultimate > Basic Attack > Skill > Support Skill

How to Play

Nanally has two playstyle, depending on the team.

Quickswap (In Shinku's Charge Team):

Shinku dominates the field time, and every other character in the team swap in to trigger reaction, and use skill and Ultimate and swap out. Nanally in team is just an Anima character in the background with a good passive that buff Shinku and make rotation smoother.

Nanally can almost use her Ultimate every rotation in this team, due to Shinku's passive sharing the Ultimate energy generation from Charge with all team.

On-Field DPS

In every other team, Nanally wants to stay on field after using her Ultimate to use her enhanced normal and charged attacks. She can use 5x normal attacks combo, or 3x charged attacks. But in most cases, she can use both in sequence.

Charged attacks have a better resistance to interruption and interrupt enemies instead. Making it a very good way to also trigger parries against aggressive enemies.

Release Date

Nanally released alongside the official release of Neverness to Everness, on April 29th, 2026 for global players, with China slightly earlier on April 23rd, 2026.
