Dragon ResistThe build itself is very straightforward as it simply runs the 5-pc set of Guardian Arkveld. 
Flayer, Partbreaker, and 
Weakness Exploit all synergize with each other, making this a simple and effective build.
The build has 6x open Level 1 Slots and 1x open Level 3 Slot. The Level 3 slot can be anything you have/want like 
Chain Jewel, Challenger Jewel, etc.
For the Level 1 Decorations, I simply added 
Protection Jewel and Dragon Res Jewel for comfort. The build naturally has very low Dragon Resistance, so the Jewel can help.
If you want Weapon specifics things like 
Quick Sheathe or 
Constitution, you can use those instead or switch things around.
You can switch 
Ajarakan Greaves β in for G. Arkveld Greaves β. If you have a Tenderizer Jewel to put in the Chest, you can have an extra Level 2 Slot and an extra Level 1 slot in exchange for the Level 3.
This lets you add more comfort/utility like potentially Constitution, Evade Extender, etc.
I would recommend this option only if you have Tenderizer Jewel. Trading a 3 Slot for a 2 & 1 Slot is pretty worthwhile since the Level 3 slot doesn't provide any major breakpoint.
