Zoe Strengths & Weaknesses
Strengths

Can one-shot squishies as soon as she gets her Ultimate Portal JumpR. Getting hit by her Sleepy Trouble BubbleE is a death sentence post-six, and her Ultimate’s Portal JumpR mobility allows her to dodge skillshots.

Her Spell ThiefW is a powerhouse and can allow her to provide a lot of utility for both her team and herself. This ability can allow her to win the lane quite easily if she gets lucky.

Zoe’s Sleepy Trouble BubbleE can be used to set-up ganks from a long-range. The proper usage of terrain can help her roam to other lanes and get free kills with her Sleepy Trouble BubbleE Paddle Star!Q combo.

Weaknesses

Her early laning is lackluster and she can be exploited quite easily due to the lack of mobility in her kit.

Missing her Sleepy Trouble BubbleE will make her vulnerable, especially before she hits level six. This will make her really weak against any enemy who has a dash or blink in their kit.

Quite vulnerable to ganks when she is pushed up and has no spell picked up due to her Spell ThiefW. Once crowd controlled, she has no form of escape as her Ultimate Portal JumpR will just blink her back to the original recast location.

Game plan
Early game
0 - 15 min
Zoe is Average

Your goal throughout the laning phase is to poke and harass the enemy in lane. You have a lot of poke, so try to poke the enemy down as often as you can.

Play safe for the first few levels while you land poke on the enemy with your Paddle Star!Q. Once they’re low enough, you can commit to an all-in.

Once you’ve hit level 6 and purchased key component items, look to harass and constantly push the enemy into their tower. This will allow you to earn turret plating and increase your gold income.

Mid game
15 - 25 min
Zoe is Strong

After your bot lane has moved to the mid lane, rotate to the bot side of the map or somewhere else on the map so you can continue to farm and gain XP.

Try and siege objectives with your team during the mid-game. You have strong poking tools which will allow you to siege objectives with ease. Try to poke the enemy down as much as possible while your team tries to take towers (or the Dragon or Baron).

Delay team fights for as long as possible while you harass the enemy and poke them down with your Paddle Star!Q.

Late game

Stick with your team in the late game. Do not split up or walk away from them otherwise the enemy may try to pick you off or initiate a 4v5 fight when you’re away from your team.

Look for picks with your abilities. Picking someone off with your Sleepy Trouble BubbleE and then collapsing on them to take them down is a great way of winning a team fight and ending the game. Look for picks on isolated targets if possible.

Keep a constant eye on you and your allies positioning. You need to poke the enemy down and delay fights in the late game, but you need to watch your positioning as you move forward to harass. Do not get picked off by trying to harass and poke the enemy down.

Power Spikes
Early game0 - 15 min

Level 6 is a significant powerspike as it directly empowers Zoe's Paddle Star!Q, and grants her more creative ways to Sleepy Trouble BubbleE her target. The only thing to be kept in mind is that this ability is not an escape tool.

Her first component will undoubtedly allow her to deal more damage in the lane and cast her spells with a higher frequency due to the increased mana pool. It will also increase the overall damage output during a significant fight.

An RNG component of her powerspike includes which spell she picks up with her Spell ThiefW. For instance, if she picks up an Ignite, it will increase her overall offensive capabilities, while picking up a Locket will increase her team play and survivability.

Mid game15 - 25 min

At level 9, her Paddle Star!Q will be maxed out completely. Being her main damage ability, she will now be able to chunk out enemies with ease.

Zoe won't spike too hard at level 11 because it doesn't really do anything for her. She will still have to rely on using the terrain to Sleepy Trouble BubbleE her opponents and then blow them up with her Paddle Star!Q.

Once Zoe hits level thirteen, she will have increased pick potential due to her Sleepy Trouble BubbleE being completely maxed out. It will make her extremely deadly in the fog of war.

Late game25+ min

Zoe should have many items by now, which means that one-shotting squishies is now available on the menu. She just needs to hit one of them with her Sleepy Trouble BubbleE.

Due to the low cooldown on her abilities, she will consistently land poke on her enemies. Her empowered auto-attacks will hit like a truck.

She won't be spiking too hard at level 16 as it will just reduce the cooldown of the Ultimate Portal JumpR and do nothing significantly powerful. This means that she will be able to kill people quickly, though.
