Your Ultimate R makes you unkillable for a period of time. This makes it hard to kill you which can provide you time to kill the enemy.
Is incredibly mobile which allows him to escape sticky situations, waste the enemies time and outplay the enemy too.
Tryndamere is a great split pusher and duelist. He can 1v1 most enemy champions in a side lane during the mid game.
Tryndamere isn’t that good if he is behind and low on gold. He needs lots of gold and XP to solo carry in the later parts of the game.
Whenever his Ultimate R is down, he is quite vulnerable which makes him (somewhat) weaker.
Can be kited quite easily and is prone to disengage/CC in team fights. This can make team fighting challenging for a Tryndamere.

Hitting level 3 will be quite hard so make sure you avoid conflicts and use your Q to heal up regularly. This will allow you to soon become gank-worthy.
Focus on getting your core items as quickly as you can. You are heavily reliant on them and will be able to run enemies down if you manage to get a quick lead.
When ganking, make sure that the enemies are overextended. This will make it supremely easy for you to slow and kill enemies.

During the mid-game, keep ganking and see if you can get leads around the map. Your E should be on a shorter cooldown now, making it easier for you to catch up to your enemies.
Neutral Objective fights should see your presence regularly. Your ability to persistently get off a Smite due to your Ultimate R should allow your team to benefit a lot.
Do not forget to farm in the game as it will be your main source of income. You will want to get your items as quickly as you can for maximal effectiveness.

Late-game should be really easy to maneuver around as your E will be on a short cooldown. Your plan should be to utilize the fog of war to bamboozle the enemy backline.
With your Ultimate R on a massively short cooldown, you should be able to run enemies down quickly and take down the backline in a jiffy. Try to avoid CC when possible.
Tenacity will be your friend in this game, especially if the enemy is CC-heavy. Invest in such items as and when possible as it will help your team win fights.
When Tryndamere has completed his Mythic item, he will be really strong in 1v1 skirmishes with the enemy. He will also be really mobile and hard to kill thanks to his Ultimate R and E.
At level 6, Tryndamere will be unstoppable and will not die in 1v1 fights. He will be really hard to kill when his Ultimate R is up.
Tryndamere has good objective control and can easily solo the Dragon and Rift Herald in the early game. Try to take them if you can do them uncontested.
His level eleven isn't too good since it doesn't give him a lot of stats. The Ultimate R in itself will be handy, though, and Tryndamere can use the lane brushes to catch the enemy by surprise.
Tryndamere is really good at split pushing due to his kit. It allows him to 1 v 1 targets with ease while also ensuring that he can escape in time should the enemy team decide to collapse on him.
He can pretty much duel any enemy during this stage of the game. This is quite a boon as he can make multiple enemies come to him while his team gets objectives.
3 points in his Ultimate R will not be an excellent power spike. This is because it only ensures his prolonged survivability and nothing else.
He will be dealing a lot of damage during the later parts of the game. This is since he will have multiple items and will be able to duel anyone.
His late-game scaling is phenomenal, and he can one-shot squishy enemies after slowing them down and catching up to them. It will give him a pivotal role in the game.
