Use your R proactively when you see your teammates going for 1v1’s. Keep a constant eye on the map for ganks and be prepared to pull the trigger if needed.

For runes, you should pick Grasp of the Undying as your keystone, followed by Shield Bash, Second Wind and Revitalize in the primary tree, as well as Cheap Shot and Ultimate Hunter in the secondary tree.
