Look for roaming opportunities with your Ultimate R. It is a good tool for helping your allies and getting picks.
Try your hardest to poke melee champions down, but don't auto-attack them when there is a cannon minion in lane as they will focus you and deal a lot of damage over time.

For runes, you should pick Electrocute as your keystone, followed by Sudden Impact, Eyeball Collection and Treasure Hunter in the primary tree, as well as Absolute Focus and Gathering Storm in the secondary tree.
