Look for roaming opportunities with your Ultimate R. It is a good tool for helping your allies and getting picks.

For runes, you should pick Press the Attack as your keystone, followed by Triumph, Legend: Bloodline and Cut Down in the primary tree, as well as Scorch and Celerity in the secondary tree.
