Captain America
Steve Rogers is the ultimate team player and a quintessential all-rounder who fits perfectly into any team. He commands the neutral game with a variety of dashes, acrobatic leaps, and uppercuts. Captain America is the perfect example of high floor, high ceiling.
Carnage
Carnage attacks with unconventional, writhing animations that are notoriously difficult to predict or read in the heat of a match. Deadpool
Deadpool, the Merc with a Mouth is a brilliant, chaotic love letter to fighting game history, packed with references and inside jokes. Doom has a knack for being high-tier in Marvel games, and here he is once again.
Ghost Rider
It's no surprise that
Ghost Rider's playstyle has you living life on the edge due to the Vengeance Gauge. It's a literal Speedometer that can heat and cool based on your usage of his Skills and Uniques. Hulk
Hulk hits like a freight train and eats damage on the way in. He has no air dashes, so tricky mobility isn't his strong suit, he'd rather just power through with armored attacks. His Gamma level and Rage ramp him up over the course of a fight, charged either with Gamma Spark or by simply absorbing enemy attacks through his skills. Finally, while he lacks projectiles, clapping and stomping give him a splash of range.
Iron Man

Magneto
Magneto is a formidable flyer who commands the screen with beefy, oppressive projectiles. His unique resource management requires him to build up metallic debris as the fight progresses, powering up his abilities to catastrophic levels. To round out his zoning kit, he comes equipped with a command grab to punish anyone turtling against the barrage
Ms. Marvel
Kamala Khan, also known as
Ms Marvel, uses her long, stretchy limbs as her weapons to become a real area control monster. While she lacks an aerial dash, she has plenty of creative ways to get in with her Spencer-like mechanics (Marvel vs Capcom 3). While she lacks projectiles, she has the ability to grapple with Rubberband and her ultimate. Abilities like Zoom Knuckles and Flex on Em give her projectile counterplay if you have good timing.
Peni Parker
Piloting her SP//dr mech,
Peni Parker is a massive big-body trap character with a chaotic twist. Her kit is built around 8 random effects that keep the opponent guessing. Her primary goal is to eventually drop her Spider Beacon, which can be guaranteed via her Ultimate. Spider-Man
Peter Parker blends high mobility and evasiveness with web swings and projectiles to create a unique mix of mixup, projectile, and trap game. His signature Spidey-Sense provides a counterattack that lets you turn the tide with foresight. Like his Marvel Rivals counterpart,
