Stormcloud Stormweaver Endgame Build - Hero Siege Season 10

Updated on Aug 29, 2026
Aug 29, 2026

Overview

This endgame Stormweaver build is an extremely versatile one due to the numerous options available, combined with both Stormcloud and Stormbolt remaining untouched so far. Today we'll be going over all you need to set it up.

This build is made by Sleepy Cat! They're an extremely talented Hero Siege creator, and were kind enough to let us showcase this build!

Build Overview

Stormweaver in Season 10 is still easily one of the best casters with some of the most robust kits available. Having a teleport is still a good mobility advantage and being able to seamlessly transition between different builds and have variable options is great. StormCloud and Stormbolt make for an easy experience in the early and mid game while Lightning Surge still remains to be a potential powerhouse late game with high-end items. Either build is viable and totally possible to take to the highest parts of the game.

The mobility hit does feel bad but I still think Stormweaver is strong. We did here mention that there are Light Radius nodes potentially used for Magic Caster scaling that could be, in theory, very good. It's going to be challenging to push it as high as we used to when it was stronger with Lightning Surge constantly proccing small StormClouds under things. You can place StormCloud/Stormbolt pretty high up into the game with the correct gear and enough skill, haste, and AoE damage stacking.

Lightning Surge will be doing less damage with Chain Lightning now being an 18% proc instead of 100% This means it is a bit less clear, though, with how many targets it hits. It should still go off fairly often. It did receive a 0.5% upgrade in damage per point but that's probably not enough to offset the loss.  Pulsing Charge got a massive buff though it did get a proc chance. However given the damage increase a god. I think it will actually do more damage even with the proc chance. However Charge Bolts and the electric field Nova augment did get a damage reduction as well, which is a weird choice considering they just buffed what might make Charge Bolts good.  We'll have to actually see in season if charge bolts can compete with other forms of damage.

Also the teleport nerf obviously hurts our mobility significantly so we'll have to work around that by gaining more movement speed for when we're out of teleport charges as we will most likely run out of them quickly once we get high cast speed. Overall however, StormCloud and Stormbolt seem untouched, meaning our mid and early power is still the same, an absolute monster. Our late game power is yet to be seen but should be still viable enough.

GEAR STATS

Here are the stats you want to try and roll on items you find when gearing up for this build:

  • + Levels to All Skills
  • + Levels to Magic Skills
  • + Levels to Lightning Skills
  • % Skill Haste
  • % Faster Cast Rate
  • Flat Lightning Skill Damage
  • Flat Life & % Life

GEMS/SOCKETS

Each class in Hero Siege is going to want to try and target specific Gems to slot into their items when possible. In the case of this build, the gems you will want to go after (in order) are:

  • Flawless Topaz - + To Additive Lightning Damage, + To Lightning Skill Damage
  • Chaos Gem - + To Intelligence, Magic Skill Damage Increased By %

STAR LEVELS

When you start getting multiples of your S-tier Satanics, it might be time to attempt some star leveling. Star leveling S-tier Satanics requires Destiny Shards — used at the crafting bench, each shard has a chance to:

62%

26%

12%

Upgrade The Item By 1 Star

Downgrade The Item By 1 Star

Corrupt: Remove ALL Stars

Each star increases the stats of an item, including orange-text abilities and bonuses. It can also increase +Skill rolls that are NOT +All Skills — so +Elemental or +Physical skills can be scaled this way.

Leveling 1-100

Charge bolts are just flat out the easiest thing to level with and there's really not an ideal alternative. Storm bolt just isn't as simple and straightforward and every five levels we gain three more projectiles to charge bolts, giving us better coverage. Pulsing Charge is an immediate pick up at level 8.

Gear Loadout

This is the kind of gear you want to be looking for when you are first finishing the campaign and starting to step towards nightmare and hell farming. This is your "I'm pushing towards hell difficulty" kind of gear. Most of these items should be relatively easy to find and there are many runeword alternatives. However I do not like to always include runewords in the actual inventory and will only include them as alternatives as I do not think they are a guaranteed thing.

While they may be easier to farm at times, I prefer this methodology of showing you what the ideal satanic items are. The flasks and relics will remain the same. Obviously you will not have them maxed out or have these flasks right away. These are the flasks that you are going to be aiming for all the way towards the super late game when you replace them with some much rarer more expensive ones. The relics are also something that you can swap in and out this season so feel free to experiment with things that you like more than this.

Early Game Gear

Level 100+ Skill Trees

This is probably the most effective early level 100 farming build. It easily clears pretty much all early content with little to no gear needed and is massively buffed as you get more points in the incarnation tree. It usually can handle most bosses but when you are low gear I suggest switching to the StormCloud single target tree for even more damage as bosses have a lot of health in hell when you don't have gear.

Tree

Mercenary Loadout

This is an alternative Aura and MF hybrid for farming while also increasing damage and survivability using Crown of Doom and Pearlescence for extra magic damage.
