How To Complete Destiny
In order to actually complete this quest, you simply need to defeat Corrupted Odin at the end of Act 9. While this may be fairly simple to do, it appears there is a rare, but unintended bug going around in Season 10 where as soon as Odin is defeated, the Act 10 cutscene plays, skipping the window where you need to turn in the quest.
Whether you're a victim of this bug, or just happened to accidentally click the exit portal before finishing the quest, there is a fix. To turn in the Destiny quest, simply hit pause and reset your zone. All you need to do is head back to the Odin boss fight, and defeat him again. Once he is defeated again, you'll be able to speak with him and turn in the Destiny quest.
