You will need to climb this ruined tower pretty much to the top, there will be a lot of enemies on your climb. Then, on the second floor from the top will be the next campsite to sit at.
After talking with the Keeper Golem, go to the right of the tent where on a rack, will be a Weapon to collect, Mechblade Light.
Making your way into Subcity 03 now and to the penultimate campsite as shown below.
Just to the left of this campsite will be another Weapon to collect, the Cirrus Sword.
The first weapon in this area can be found marked in the image below.
The final weapon in this area of the map can be purchased from the Merchant NPC, pictured on the map below.
