The final Remembrance relic for Raider is found in Chapter Seven of the Journal. Next to the monument, the Iron Menial will discuss the lack of a tournament. After touching the monument to confirm, players will see a new quest marker upon the shore. Heading there will progress the story and send the player into battle with White Horn. Defeating both phases of the boss will reward the Black Claw Necklace quest item, which will turn into the relic upon interacting with the Iron Menial, the monument, White Horn’s tombstone, and exiting the Realm of Remembrance.
