This build utilizes Dread Claws to fly through the early leveling with ease! Wrath generation is prioritized to make sure that we can always cast Dread Claws when needed.

Use any stats that are beneficial in the early game such as Maximum Life, Willpower, Damage Multipliers, Movement Speed, All Resistance, Armor, Life Regeneration or Life on Hit, Wrath Regeneration, Critical Strike Chance, etc.

Leveling Path

Click the Leveling Path toggle to see the exact order that I recommend adding new Skill Points.

Paragon Board

Prioritize Core, Demonology, and Abyss tags until we get more information.
Any remaining points can be dumped into the other skills on your bar.

Mercenary

Subo can be used to see enemies and resources on the map instead of Rahier if you don't need the survivability.

How it Plays

Cast Dread Claws as much as Wrath will allow to kill enemies.
Command Fallen will passively fill Wrath and Dominance while dealing some damage. It can be spammed for Wrath generation as needed.
Demonic Smash Rampage can be used to initiate combat quickly and apply huge Eviscerate damage. Shockwave Rampage can be used for more DPS and less mobility.
Nether Step offers early mobility and survivability.
Tortured Wretch adds a ton of survivability but only use when needed to allow for more casts of Rampage.
Terror Swarm offers a solid passive damage circle around you after casting it.

How it Works

This build uses various synergies related to Core, Abyss, Shadow, and Demonology to improve power but doesn't rely on items for early power.

By prioritizing early freedom of movement with Demonic Smash Rampage and Nether Step we can stay mobile for faster leveling.
Elite Hit Chance Rampage allows us to apply Eviscerate instantly which is insane power in the early game without investment.
Dread Claws offers a strong early game Core skill that becomes more powerful the longer we don't use it. That means that while we're waiting for Wrath in the early game we're just getting stronger.
Dread Claws also offers a reliable source of Vulnerable if needed which means faster kills.
Tortured Wretch with the Punching Bag Tortured Wretch upgrade is used for a ton of additional survivability.
